Chipotle Mexican Grill

Come on in... There is no line! Friendly service. Hurry before they run out of chips! I can't believe it's 8:15pm. Hardly seems like dinner time. There's not a lot of people out and I did not feel like going home and making dinner so the next best thing when you're on this side of town and this side of the mall.

If I could have gave them 0 starts I would. I was here with my son about 4 weeks ago. (Sorry just getting to write this now. But I'm so upset I have too saw something ) We stoped in for the yummy watermelon lemonade fountain drink that we love. When we walked in there was a short line with about 5 people in front of us, however it took forever to get someone to help. When we finally got to the cashier the girl took my order and gave me the cups. She then stoped me and said my card didn't go through. I thought this was weird because it looked like it did but whatever I ran the card again. ( come to think of it. I need to go back to see if I was charged twice.) i got my receipt and walked over to the fountain drinks. The drink station was empty our drink we came in for was empty. That's our fault we should have looked first. We were still thirsty so we move to the sodas and the only one working was a coke or some other dark drink. I went back to the cashier (which was now a different person) but he was busy so I stoped a guy walking to the back. I explained we bought fountain drinks for lemonade but there all empty. The guy shrugged his shoulders and walked off. I guess they don't can't. I then stopped the young girl that was originally the cashier and started to explain again that we wanted lemonade and all of a sudden the guy at the cashier post hands me a bottle of lemonade from the fridge and snatches the cup out of my hand and puts it in the trash. The girl looked shocked and I was in shock too because that was so rude. I then said I needed that cup to put ice in. So the young girl then got me a very small cup but the guy never even looked at me nor said anything. My little boy saw everything. I had to explain how this was very bad behavior. I will NEVER come bank here again. We had to clean our owes table and there was trash/food all on the floor.

I've been to many many many many many Chipotles, and now this Chipotle is one of them. It doesn't stand out, but it's good. The food was up to Chipotle standards, seemed as fresh and healthy as always. Service was fast and friendly, so I've been there twice this week!

Should have listened to the previous 1 star reviews. They are out of half of all their ingredients over an hour and a half before closing. Should just list your close time at 9pm honestly... Their rewards machine is down so they don't honor any of "free guac/entrees" you earned from eating there. Waste of money when you only get half the food you want and charged full price for everything. One word. SHITTY.Side note: I uploaded a picture of the bowl I just got and apparently I had uploaded one from a while back. Look at the difference...

DO NOT place an order for pick up after 10pm, yes they close at 11 but they clean and will lie saying "they ran out of food" by 10:30. If you're late night wanting some chipotle do not get it from here. Poor management for not holding their team accountable for all these poor reviews.

I stopped in to grab a quick dinner tonight. It should have been simple and quick but it wasn't. There were 4 people behind the counter and 3 customers in line. No reason at least 3 of them weren't serving us. One lady stayed at the register the whole time. The other 2 ladies did not do anything to help speed up the process. Luckily it was slow and the order was made correctly. The food was good, just the process to get it needed much improvement.

The food was delicious the service was great very fast and easy the place was clean and the portion looks good to me this with some free chips if you download the app for points !!

Unsatisfactory. I catered through Chipotle Catering twice in two weeks; $500 and $600 orders. My orders were filled at this location. On my first order, they failed to send all of the food. On my second order, they delivered $600 worth of food with no serving utensils. Unfortunately, you can't get through to the responsible location over the phone to correct the situation on the spot. All you can do is call 1.800.CUSTOMER NO SERVICE and complain. DISAPPOINTED CHIPOTLE!!!!

Every time I come here, it's a problem. The employees are lazy. They're rude. They're not happy to serve you. The store is always dirty. They always have an attitude There's not enough employees working. When I come, I literally there about 30 minutes to 40 minutes trying to order my food. My lunch break is only 30 minutes so I'm always going over my lunch break. I went today and the young lady took her gloves off and proceeded to fix her braids in a bun then proceeded to put gloves back on without even washing her hands. I had to let her know to wash her hands before going back and preparing food Management needs to seek out and correct this.

Employees are so lazy, they literally NEVER have vinaigrette. I told them that I'd wait while they made some & the guy proceeds to tell me they didn't have it at all right after telling me they were in the process of making a batch. over. It!
