Chipotle Mexican Grill

SATURDAY FUN DAY!!! While out running errands and doing other fun stuff, I stopped here for a quick to-go-bite. I ordered the bowl with lettuce, white cilantro rice, grilled chicken, pico de gayo, guacamole, red salsa, and green peppers. I ordered a burrito for my husband which consisted of grilled chicken, lettuce, guacamole, picó de gayo, white cilantro rice, black beans, cheese, and a side of house salad dressing. Although I don't normally eat at Chipotle, I must admit that the food was absolutely delicious. I paid about $30 for me and my husband's food do be prepared to spend between $30-$35 for two people. I guess that's pretty reasonable. Furthermore, the customer service was great. They were fast, friendly, and welcoming. The server that assisted me at the beginning of the line was very patient with me as I attempted to place my orders. As I stated previously, I don't normally visit Chipotle, so I was a bit slow at remembering the ordering process. However, the server's patience and great customer service skills, helped the process move smoothly. The overall ambience of the restaurant is a chill vibe for friends and family to enjoy. It's a great spot to take a lunch break if your place of employment is close by. In conclusion, my experience with this particular location was a positive one. The team was friendly, fast, and efficient with the customers' orders. I would most likely visit again in the near distant future if I ever get caught hungry while running errands.

Came for supper tonight and I see why this location only has one and a half stars on yelp. We came two hours before closing and they had no white rice, and when we got to the end of the line, they had no chips with no intent on making any for their customers who were there to grab dinner.Next time I'll take my business elsewhere.

When I got to the restaurant, it was a bit messy. I wasn't going to dine in anyways, so I didn't mind. There was a long line, but I was patient. I knew they were going to do me right. Turns out, I was right. They loaded my bowl up! The crew members/manager were also nice. I had a good experience here. Food was also fresh. I know good Chipotle from bad Chipotle. This was good Chipotle. Will return! :)

I ordered a Kids quesadilla and got two shells that were hard and cold. No cheese in it cold rice, cold beans and meat. Try to call to speak to someone and it's a automated you can't get through to anyone that actually works in the store they say if you have an issue talk to the automated voice.

This location is always out of salad dressing when you order a salad....its happened multiple times hence the 1 star review and don't count on your order being ready on time. It'll be ready 30 minutes after the time...

I do not recommend chipotle at all especially with the small portions that they give and you always have to tell them to add more and end up charging you way more than other places I highly recommend Freebirds instead of chipotle

This location is always dirty. How are all of tables dirty? Really? If you're getting it to go, you'll be fine.

Walked in stood in line for about 5 minutes. No chicken was yelled out and it would take 20 minutes to get it. They also didn't have a salad or greens for a salad. I inform the cashier about their yelp reviews and he honestly made us smile . He said he seen that too and he was just as surprised. He definitely said it wasn't him lol they had everything else.

If you enjoy rice burritos and nothing else then this is the place for you. What meat they do give is chopped so small that it's barely noticeable. Out of all of the Cypress area Chipotle's, this is by far the worse. I've gone too many times, hoping it'll be better but it's the worst. I posted a pic of a quesadilla that didn't come with any of the sides. Just thrown together. If you order in the app and pick up, you can always go to the "chat with pepper" feature and explain how bad or missing the food was and they will either refund your money or give you a free entree that you can use at another store. I can't wait til the fry and tuckerton location opens.

Service was just ok. Food was awful! She didn't even drain the beans and my bowl was swimming in bran juice. Whole mean was bland and unappetizing.Your link does not work that you asked me to respond too!
