Chilis

Attempted to place a curbside order several times online and when it wouldn't work I called to place the order on the phone. The woman answering the phones proceeded to tell me "I don't know what to tell you because other people are able to order online and there's absolutely no way she can place a curbside order for me over the phone". She did not provide any assistance on how to place the order since I obviously could not and really made it seem like she did not want my business. It sucks because we live in the neighborhood and we love going to Chili's to eat. Guess we can't eat there anymore.

We started going there when they first opened and the service was terrible. Once I ordered french fries for pick up and waited almost an hour for them. The staff is nice but it looks like they haven't been trained properly and they may be understaffed.

Just wanted to give a shout out to this location. I ordered for to go, but realized after I went to the chilis by me, I ordered from the wrong store. So I called this Chilis and told them the situation and that I'd be there later. When I got there, they had reheated the food and gave me fresh fries. The food was presented to me like they just delivered to my table. Thanks again for working hard during this pandemic.

Chilis was the place to be in the past, and I am realizing I want to bring this presence back into my life! I started this review off serious af, LOL! But seriously, I went in one evening after work to indulge in my free birthday dessert, and to say I enjoyed my time is truly an understatement. It was during happy hour so, yes of course I ordered a drink. Wouldn't you? I had a house margarita on the rocks and it was great. I had some chips/salsa too- which were not all that, but a good snack nonetheless. The chips/salsa also comes with a side of ranch- to me that is odd but others may enjoy this. It was not packed so the service was quick. My waiter was great! I can't remember his name though- sorry sir. I recommend that everyone signs up for the birthday club or whatever it's called because Chilis is very giving during your birthday month. The molten cake dessert is huge and I didn't know that there were multiple sizes of the cake (I learned this from my waiter.) I will return for happy hour or dinner again. Enjoy the pics!

Live in the area so decided to stop by. Experience was good. Seated fairly quickly. Ordered food and the food was good and hot. Waitstaff was very attentive at all times. We will be coming back for sure to this chilis....can't say anything about others but this one was good.

Delish and there's a killer kids menu that even offers healthy options!!! Added bonus is the amazing pros working here including Isaiah and David, super attentive and overall awesome with everything!! Thank y'all so much!!!

One of the worst Chilis I have been too. Extremely slow service and the food tasted horrible compared to any other Chilis I have been too. I will never go back to this location, but the food here tasted sooooo bad that I don't want to go to any other Chili's location anymore, used to love eating at Chilis, it's a shame how bad this location is.

Second time we have been here... first one was when they opened up and now today... Food and drinks were great... Ferdinand the Bull was a 5 (our waiter) top notch ... restaurant was clean and greeted right away ... wil definitely be back

We have been to this Chilis a handful of times and the service and food are extremely underwhelming. There has yet to be a time where my entire family has received the correct order of food on the first or second go round for that matter. Drinks are watered down after waiting forever for them. Cookie desserts are always burnt. We sit and watch tables that have come in after us receive their food and check before our food even arrives at all, wrong might I add! The only reason why we have visited this location as many times as we have was due to just that, its location. However, this visit was the last time we will ever visit this Chilis location. Please spend your money elsewhere that really cares.

I don't know what it is. Maybe it's the CO-VID. Maybe it's the crazy way all the crazies congregate together on the dark internet. Mostly it's Trump. This location is a prime example of what happens when a dictator runs the country.:)We got to the Moon with NASA.And these days, we just want some hope.Chili's? Can you give us any hope?To be positive, I will say that this location is a baby Chili's. Some ofThe food was great. The restof the food was unenjoyable.
