I stopped eating at Chilis over 10 years ago when they changed their menu and nothing seemed fresh. However, we decided to give it another chance after visiting the water park and were pleasantly surprised! Everything was hot and delicious. Food came out fast, and service was prompt. Love their chicken fingers and street corn, chips and salsa are the best. Highly recommend giving them another chance if it's been a while!

It was unfortunate that the manager displayed such blatant bias when asked to turn one TV to the inauguration. After we asked a second time he made his way around the restaurant and changed every TV in the restaurant to any station but the inauguration. Our server was apologetic from the beginning of our stay until the end, but we reassured him there was nothing for him to be sorry about and it was his manager's behavior that put us off. Dear manager, if you're stuck in 1964, just say that. Other than this the food and our server were great. Unfortunately we will not be coming back so long as the same manager is still employed.

Tonight we went back after many years. Restaurant was not crowded at 6:45pm. Our waitress was awesome and food was great!I asked to have Cajun seasons added to my steak and it was amazing! It was not the best cut of steak but a great deal for $18. We will defiantly return!

The employee who "helped" me was named Emily. By far my worst experience. I explained kindly that my order was wrong, instead of telling me she will fix it so we can both move on with our day!! she gets extremely upset slams my food and tells me that's not how the item is served (which is a lie, I even showed her the item listed online) I told her please fix my order if I need to pay for it again than I will. She said it will be a 15 minute wait, I told her ok please fix my order for the 3rd time. She then proceeds to slam my food around for 10 minutes in the check out area and this whole time she helps two other customers and keeps looking around for other things to do, just so she can make me wait longer. After waiting more I finally asked her kindly to give me a refund. She gets upset and tells me getting a refund is not easy, she is not able to give me a refund and my refund will take 3-5 days. So wtf ?! she doesn't want to fix my order but yet she doesn't want to refund me? At this point I told her to fix my order for the 4th time!!!! She starts typing on the computer and ask me what I was ordering again!! And finally after asking 4 times she decided to placed a my order!!! She knew I was extremely upset. She even sent a different employee to sent out the food to me when it was finally ready. This is so ridiculous, if a customer tells you their order is made wrong, fix it for them and move the fuck on!!! All that extra attitude, rudeness, and faces leave it at home or get a job where you don't have to help people!! Miserable lady!

By far the best Chillis I've been too. The hostess wasn't the most enthusiastic but the waitress was awesome. I don't remember her name, might had been Shanita. She was super attentive and a great waitress with a great attitude. Food came out quick and everything taste good.

This is our favorite Chili's location.We decided to just have dessert tonight.It was a tiny bit overdone, but still tasted great. They kinda made up for it with an extra appetizer to go. Always good service.

Went in tonight, service was great, drinks would great. Had the blackberry blitz and Santa's secret! Had a tiny mishap with some ribs the server and manager had a new batch made and everything was perfect 10/10 my favorite chilis. Shout out to the amazing team to continue making this place great

So I bit into this piece of chicken and I realized there was a filling to it honestly it looked and felt like that stuff from a baby dirty diaper after that I completely lost my appetite. Called and tried to talk to the manager and the server that answered the phone said he would call me back but no one has called since! The last time I'll ever go there bc wtf is this!

I went for dinner with my girlfriend and got the 3 for me (a drink, appetizer, and entree) for $12. Neither of us were super hungry- and it was just the right amount of food. Our server, Melissa, was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly attentive and was very friendly toward us. We had a great time.

Food was delicious but the service was terrible. Our servers name was randy and she only came to us when she brought our food. She did not check up on us once. My husband had to get his own napkins and straw.
