Alright, we have been back a few times and the service and food have been good. We have them another shot since we really like this place. I'm glad things have gotten better and the service has been great! Hopefully it stays that way

5 of us stopped in for lunch around 1:30 /2:00 stood up front for a good 5 minutes, probably more. There were guest but not many. I saw one server in the dinning room, one young lady running food in the bar area and the bartender. Now I don't mind waiting, I do mind not even the acknowledgment of us standing there. They looked in our direction only to turn quickly away, guess if they actually made eye contact they would have said. "We will be right with you" The service is hit or miss, I'll admit it's usually a hit . We left and walked over to the restaurant next door.

There was only one guy in the bar area of the restaurant. He sat us down & asked for our drinks. Even though they were clearly short staffed we received our drinks & food in a timely manner. He was as attentive as he could of been with a busy lunch rush & it only being him. Overall we had a good experience, nice hot & fresh food.

I love Chili's and I don't want them to close any locations! This is a great place for happy hours and to watch sports. I have been to this location a few times. I often get the chipotle crispers with the mac & fries. This mac was really good and creamy. The loaded potato soup is good too. During my last visit I got the chicken crispers, asparagus, & loaded fries. All were delicious!!!! The staff are friendly and work hard to keep everyone satisfied. I appreciate their prices too. Keep Chili's spicy!

The service here has gotten horrible. It's not even excusable. he restaurant will be dead yet no one will greet you for over 20 minutes. My partner and I literally got up and left. It's ridiculous. We used to enjoy going and sitting at the bar when they had a certain bartender. He gave great service but now that he is gone we will never go back. Zero redeeming qualities about this location.

We've gone to Chili's for many many years. Always loved their food. Haven't been for awhile because they served huge ants if food that we just couldn't eat it all. But recently we've seen their ad for hamburger chips and a drink. So we went. To our dismay this ad wasn't even in the menu and when we asked we were told it's not being served here. We looked over the menu and were shocked at the lack of choices. The dinners that we were used to are no longer available. My husband finally picked a be on burger and I chose the 8 piece wings. His burger was,as he described it, was bland. He ate about 2/3 of it and put it down. I didn't realize that nothing came with the wings. I asked about that and was told I could get fries for an additional $2.00 ok so I got boneless with the Parmesan cheese and lemon and pepper. What a mistake. The Parmesan's were very spicy, which was advertised as mild, and tasted just awful I asked for ranch for dipping this was so thin it looked like white water wouldn't even stick to the wings. The other was lemon and pepper. The worst the lemon was so strong that's all I could taste. After ordering 8 wings I left half in the plate. The French fries were warm and with no taste at all. Also I ordered a tea without sugar she asked if I wanted anything else for it so I took lemon the drink was very cloudy, like it had been sitting for a very long time. Now after arriving and there were very few customers we ordered and after almost 15 min our waitress finally came over to tell us the kitchen was backed up because of some large order or something and our food should be out soon now we looked around and there was no big crowd that we could see and it was still another 10 min for our food. I sure won't go there again and if that's what all their menus look like Im afraid Chili's is off our rotation of restaurants. Very sad to us because they were great at one time.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The hostess was so rude can't even say hi or anything. This establishment obviously doesn't care who they hire. Such bad vibes we left before even ordering DONT COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A GOOD NIGHT
