I don't know why I'm surprised. There's never been a time that our pick up order is correct. All they have to do is put in the bag what is on the ticket. How hard is that? This time a $6 soup was missing and clearly was marked off as packed. Really? And the loaded potatoes is like 1/2 a serving AND it's $1 EXTRA! Disappointing.

This was the family favorite for over 25 years but sad to say I've had enough every time you go to this restaurant their excuses were shorthanded we don't have enough staff, but this visit was the worst me and my wife and four grandkids. Each one of us got our meals separately, on top of that four of us order the chicken strips they used to have chicken strips that were battered with tempura batter. We waited over 45 minutes and they brought out frozen chicken strips and had the nerve to tell us that their hand better. I then asked for a manager to show him that they were frozen. He apologized and gave us all our money back. I did not want that as per my wife is a restaurant manager and I know how it feels to have to refund someone I would not be writing this review, but this is the third time in a row enough is enough .....

My husband loves Chili's. Other than the Dip Trio (good chips and guac), and the fried pickles (because I love pickles in general, especially fried), I am not a huge fan, but any day that he gets to order his beloved Triple Dipper for take out with Chicken Crispers, Southwestern Eggrolls, and Boneless Buffalo Wings, is a good day to him. Recently we ordered from this particular Chili's and just were not fully satisfied. The guacamole lacked salt, and they did not include any of the dipping sauces for the Triple Dipper, which just seemed kind of sad without its dipping cups. Since there are not very many Chili's to choose from in the area I'm sure that we will continue to order from this one, but hopefully next time the seasoning and the presentation will be a little more impressive. I appreciate Chili's for their consistency and food specials. I usually go for my work lunch and they provide a good variety of food and drinks. Even during lunch. My meals have always been great and I don't have any complaints about it. I always get their strawberry lemonade as it's so good. The service is always fast and attentive. And it's a good sportsbar for watching the games and hanging out.

I don't know what's going on with me and these quarantine second chance bad habits I've picked up. I cannot count how many times I've been in curbside at this Chili's since early last year. I've only eaten in this restaurant once or twice max...but I've eaten takeout 35 times like it's really good lolBut Chili's is slick, sign up for the rewards program and they keep you coming back with free appetizers and dessert offers. Hard to refuse coupled with the 3 for $11+.The wings are big and cooked nice. Bet they're really good in restaurant cause they're good once I get home but you can tell the steam did a little damage. I love the SW egg rolls but I don't taste any chicken EVER...so they're overpriced imoI get salads, pasta, fajitas, the honey chipotle ribs are one of my faves...The service in curbside is hit or miss. Sometimes it comes right on out...other times I'm waiting for days! Sometimes they're friendly, sometimes it feels like they're thinking, "I wish I didn't have to walk this food out to you."But my BIGGEST PET PEEVE is that watered down ranch dressing!!!! It's nasty with no substance!!!

Me and my girlfriend love eating here. The servers are always so nice and tentative. I love the burgers and drinking the cocktails. I dont ever do 5 stars but they deserve it. Yayyy

Today, I experienced considerable disappointment with the manager's handling of a situation. Although the new waiter made a mistake with our family's order, the manager's response to the issue was unsatisfactory. The total bill was unexpectedly high, and when we approached the manager, he offered excuses and seemed unwilling to understand our perspective. There was a prejudgment that we were attempting to scam the restaurant, only resolved when a regular waitress recognized us, vouched for our integrity, and helped rectify the bill. The manager's lack of proper staff training became evident, as the waiter was still on his third shift. While the waitstaff performed admirably, the management's behavior was problematic and calls for retraining.
