Why did I give this place another try??? Hands down - they have the worst customer service ever!!!! 40 minutes in the drive thru for 4 chicken tenders? Outrageous!!! Poor customer service ever!! And you did not included my seasoning packets after I asked you twice!******Worst ever! After spending $43 on chicken, we got home with an incomplete order and food that wasn't hot. I called because they forgot some of the sides and was told I could come back and pick them up tonight or they would give them to me next time. Ok fine - but since this is the second inconvenience from this place, I'd just rather not come. The only thing that kept us from returning the entire order for a refund is the fact we just didn't feel like spending 30 minutes plus going back and forth, and having to order ktber

Chicken has a great flavor but the sides are terrible. Also the DP is flat. Mashed potatoes are dry. Taste like bad instant mash. Green beans are stringy so half the time you have to spit out strings. They can do much better.

I have never been disappointed in Chicken Express and doubt I ever will.Fried chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, and a roll will never get old.The menu is expansive even though I've only tried a handful of items but all have been great.

I love me some Chicken E!! This location is exceptionally clean and has a very friendly staff. Now the chicken: I always get their tenders- they are juicy and perfectly fried! For the sides, get the fried okra and corn nuggets - YUM! If you have a hankering for some chicken, stop here!
