I have visited this location for years but I think the quality is going down. I drove through on Thursday around noon. The girl that took my order was excellent but the lady at the window had no manners- no please and thank you, she seemed almost bothered. They handed me the two lemonades in a cardboard carrier. I put them on the seat. As i drove away I realized the lemonade lids were not sealed. They spilled all over my leather seats and down into the floor boards.

They get my business almost daily since I work across the street. Since they e removed curbside I've gotten the worst service ever! I place a mobile order and have to get in very long lines (15-20 min waits) and wait to give my name. At least five people in the other li e got through before me and came after. Got to the front and I didn't realize I didn't pick the right order on the app (my fault) but they didn't offer to put the order in. I'm just taking my daily business to Jason's Deli. They provide excellent service without wait.

Every 2 out of 3 times I come to this Chick-fil-A I have a bad experience. I went through the drive through today and I was at the second ordering station and I sat at waiting for someone to take my order over the speaker as 3 cars went on the first station. Which I think Is just plain rude. I ordered my usual with well done fries. Of course they come out super flimsy and almost wet.. gross. I didn't have time to turn at round because they are always slow and I had work in 12min.

This chick fil a locations is inside the mall, so you assume that even though it's inside the mall and a bit different from other locations, you'll still get quality service. Wrong assumption, the service at this location is not good. I ordered through the app and just picked it up when I got something from here. The first time I went and picked it up, they had forgotten one of my food items. I told the girl about it, and she looked at me which such disgust that I thought I had done something wrong to her. The second time I did the same thing, ordered through the app and picked it up, once again they forgot one of my items. Once again I told the person at the counter they had forgotten one of my items, and they didn't look too happy about it. Overall bad service, food is decent which is why they still got 2 stars Instead of one. This is also the only location where you won't hear the iconic "my pleasure" from employees.

Honestly, I was very upset when Chick-fil-A totally messed up my order, but when I brought it up with the assistant manager, I think it was Liv, (or maybe Livy? ) and she was super sweet about it and got my new order out ASAP as well as giving me a cookie for my troubles. Chick-fil-A trains these employees right! Good Job Chick-fil-A.

Willie as soon as you approach the counter to order, his approach seems just, as if he hates his job with a fake smile. At the moment we were about to pay the bill we requested a water and as soon as we asked for it he rolled his eyes and with an attitude he handed us a water and we than asked "Is it okay to order water" he was just like yeah but you should of told me when you were ordering. It just seemed unreasonable and rude on his behave. Would recommend the place but please just avoid this coworker that hates his job.
