I order mobile but overtime I drive thru to pick up my order they told me my food not ready and I have to go to curbside pick up and wait and usually took them 10-20 minutes more to wait. Seriously for my morning rush ?

So what do I like? When I use the mobile app my order is usually out and ready ASAP. There was a time that the service and food quality went down, maybe around 2021, but new management came in. It wasn't a perfect smooth transition, but eventually it started working and you noticed the improvement over time. What sucks about this location is that it is a drive thru venue only, with a few outside tables disguised as seating during horrible humid hot Houston days. There is no reason why anyone would want to sit outside in the heat, other than to wait for their food if they chose the carry out option.They have been bad about wanting people to park in that area next to walmart if food isn't out on time, but I think Chick FIl A finally got in trouble, because they told me to park at curbside, last time they asked for that. I think it's this corporation's fault for building what is really a stupidly sized building, with not enough parking, and at the corner of a walmart, preventing proper expansion. Like you can never make this a 5 star Chick Fil A. You would need to tear down the Jack in the Box next door to make it a nicer Chick Fil A. This concept would be perfect in like Hawaii or certain parts of California. But Houston/Stafford/Sugarland area? What were those Atlanta people thinking.If you need just the food and not the full experience, this is a good place to visit, though the drive thru line can get long, hence why I am very partial to the app. The app will make everything so much smoother and faster. I am thankful things have gotten better at Chick Fil A Stafford, but nothing and I mean nothing can make up for the fact it's a drive thru place. That's not the manager's fault. That's Chick Fil A for being dumb.

This is probably the worst Chick-fil-a location I've ever been to. The layout is horrible, the wait times are ridiculous, and the food was cold!I was told to park in front, then told to move to the side of the building (which is supposed to be a no parking zone). And sat there for about 30 minutes waiting on one sandwich and a kids meal only for it to come out cold I could understand the wait if I had a large order, but two items? Really? And repeatedly got honked at or flipped off for sitting in a no parking zone with my hazards on then got boxed in by two other people waiting on food who were hell bent on not moving so I could pull out.Horrible experience and a huge waste of time and money.

My experience at this location has not been the best. It seems that they are pretty disorganized at times. I do understand it gets really busy, but when questioned about my order cost today after using reward points, one of the employees tried to charge me for fries that were already redeemed with points. I also ordered chicken nuggets, a drink, and a Chick-fil-A sandwich all with points. After showing her my rewards and one still pending scan, she proceeded to tell me that I still owed for my meal. I just don't understand how hard it is to scan and redeem the rewards. Isn't the whole point of having the app and accumulating points Supposed to prevent from being charged? What was really frustrating is instead of working with me on the issue, I was blown off and moved along in the line. I think the situation could have been handled a lot better. Perhaps there needs to be more training for employees for situations like this.

About 2 days ago I went through the drive thru & usually I never have to check my order when going to chick fil a because they are known for their accuracy. When I got home, I realized I was missing a chicken sandwich. This location seems all over the place, needs new management. Today I went again, & I had to stop around the corner of the drive thru because they forgot my drinks. I mentioned them forgetting my sandwich and they didn't seem to care.

Worst chick fil a experience ever! This location does not have any sense of customer service. The staff and management is very rude. I've had multiple bad experiences at this location but I've had enough today will not be going back. The boy taking my order was super rude, while trying scan my app for points I was on the wrong app he replies "do you think I can see that?" After once receiving my order we asked for more sauce since we ordered a 3count nuggets, spicy chicken sandwich and 2 large fries. The lady responds you can't have more you already have 2 of each you asked for in the bag. Never have I encountered such lack of service at a chick fil a. Don't go, don't go, don't go!

I'd give more stars but this place is either a hit or miss. Sometimes this location is great and runs smoothly. Other days it's like they got a whole new team and the line doesn't move. Management is great about reaching out on feed back in the app. Staff has gotten better. Location is great but drive thru layout sucks. They have tried to make improvements. Everyone loves chick fil a. So lines are inevitable, no matter what location.

Had a terrible experience at this location by the owner John Paul. He is a racists. He accused me of fraudulently reporting errors in my order and told me to go to Jack In the Box and do not come to his Chic Fil A location. He was very rude and disrespectful and he mumbled the words "Bl@@@ N@@@er" under his breath when he hung up. I have had so many issues at this location I will be reaching out to corporate now.
