Chicken good, fries suck !!! It's like they forgot to cook them. You get your food how corporate wants you to have it. Not how you want it. Eat it our way or go somewhere else basically. Which is exactly what I'm going to do. You can have all the efficient staff you want but can't over come not making customers happy! Well done FRIES Please.

Like many, I love chick fil a! I really do. From time to time, I even find myself craving their spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. Delicious! However, this is the WORST chick fil a ever!!! And I mean WORSTThe wait time via drive thru, dine-in, carry out, or even curbside is all the same ... LONG !! I've often found myself waiting in the drive thru for a good 30 min or inside for 15-20 min. for food. Not to mention, when I did decide to go inside, its always chaos, workers running around like mad men, tons of confusion, and a lack of direction. Perhaps this restaurant needs new management. Where is Robert Irvine when you need him? I would go to a different establishment, however this one is within walking distance, so I'm kind of stuck. Praying they figure it out cause this is ridiculous

Priscilla is so rude!I was recently at the Chick-fil-A in Gleannloch and I came in to sort out a wrong order, Priscilla helped me and after she helped me I heard her whisper multiple rude comments about me and my family under her breath. Next time I come in, I will surely avoid her!!
