Usually I enjoy this place, but today was not a good day. It was very busy, and most of the time that I saw there was only one cashier taking orders. For the first time I could not finish my food. The waffle fries were soft, not hot, and flavorless. The sandwich was odd tasting. I first thought the chicken was overdone--it was darker than usual, not as juicy as usual, and the flavor was off. Later I wondered if I was accidentally given the spicy chicken. I don't know why I didn't take it back--I guess because it was busy and I was hungry. The really nice lady who usually comes by and checks on customers was not there. I got concerned afterwards, thinking please don't let me get food poisoning. I didn't, but there were some unpleasant after effects--not a happy tummy.

Seems like something is wrong with my order every time I come here. The fries have always been cold/lukewarm. I'd recommend going to the Greatwood location instead.A month ago, I waited for 10 minutes in curbside pickup and eventually walked in. Apparently the guy who was supposed to bring it out forgot about it and it was sitting on the counter. They said they'd bring it right out. He brought it out to the car. I noticed they forgot to give straws and sauces and he went back inside to grab them. I followed him in as I noticed that the fries were cold from sitting on the counter so long. He was just chatting away, no rush or anything.Today, I get cold fries again and also my order was wrong. I call in, thinking I'd just let them know - but nobody picks up...I've been many more times than this, but the gist is prepare for cold fries and remember to check your order. Or better yet, go to Greatwood - they are great & the fries are always piping hot. Chicken strips & nuggets - I can stand lukewarm, but warm fries are just disappointing.

People are only complaining because the people working here are young, these were the nicest teenagers ive met! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would give it 0 stars. Service: only highschool kids are running this place. They're falling and tripping around, throwing paper balls at the trash can like it's basketball. Throwing water at each other, where is the manager! Is he just one of the immature staff in this place? Instead of taking our order, they were laughing at the kid who just fell behind the counter to get attention from everyone else. Food: they gave me the wrong order and it seems I wasn't the only one. We overheard multiple people asking about their order. Guess their specialty is no longer the chicken, but instead getting the order wrong. Ambiance: wet floors, dirty bathrooms, overfilled trash cans. The vibes are here for sure. Staff yelling at each other saying, "don't take more orders!"I'm a huge people person and love to socialize and respect our food service workers, but this is just absolutely ridiculous.

Do not come to this Chick Fil A. It takes FOREVER to get your food! This location needs to take a page out of Stafford's location to speed up the process. As busy as this place is why do you not have multiple people helping in the drive thru? They do this at the other locations.
