I normally love Chick-fil-a. However, i ordered to chicken biscuit meals for me snd a family member. When I get home I discover they gave me a biscuit with nothing but pickles and no chicken even though i paid for a chicken biscuit. I called to the chickfila multiple times on (3/26 from 9:25-9:35) and asked to spesk to the manager. Each time the person answering thr phone would hsng up on me. This is not the customer service I expect to receive from Chick-fil-a. I am so disappointed in how this is being handle. They need to issue my momeny back and make it right. What happened to Chick-fil-a's customer service?

I had came for dine in for breakfast but they put my order as take out. However, it was a long wait to get my order. I will give them points for nice ambiance with the flowers in the dining room. Dine in was slow after breakfast period was over. I enjoyed dining in with very few customers. It was peaceful actually. Oh and the watermelon mint lemonade was definitely very good!

Review as of July 2023To follow up - I've been constantly coming to this specific location of Chick Fil La ever since it opened near my neighborhood (Aliana). Since then they have made several changes to their menu adding few items that did not exist during 2021. One of my favorite additions is the fact that you can modify salad - the Cobb salad which I always get when I visit - you can add egg and recent favorite add on being blue cheese crumbs which are a great addition. Also there are now 3 different varieties of the Grilled Cool Wrap - I get the spicy one for additional seasoning taste. As for my curbside experience - there have been times where they would still keep forgetting items but if you call them and let them know - they will bring out whatever is missing. I always check my items before leaving. I decided to go inside for the first time recently, since the place was not opened during when there were COVID restrictions. The interior is nicely put, clean and a lot of space - the set ups are nice. -----Original Review - August 2021Great place, and my favorite to go restaurant when I need to eat something quick and simple.I would give it a 5 stars but there's some glaring issues.Pros-Chicken Sandwich is the best, forget the Chicken wars, Chick Fil La's sandwiches have no rival.-Grilled Cool Wrap is the best menu item-The Chick Fil La Sauce is amazing-Talking to a staff member or manager is easy and they fix the issues if there are any.Cons-Multiple times I've had experiences where they either forgot to put in number of sauces I requested or the fact that there were no sauces at all.-Sometimes they get a order wrong (for an example I requested for no lettuce or tomato but still get it) or an item I requested is not included in the bag (i.e. today I ordered lemonade but did not get it, had to talk to staff member).Other than that, today's visit I ordered a cobb salad - it was my third time getting it, the first two times which I had earlier in the year were great, a decent equal amount of lettuce, chicken and eggs but today's had a lot of lettuce,minimal amount of chicken and literally half an egg....kinda disappointed.Regardless of that, I still give it a 4 stars only for because there's nothing like their sandwich, grill cool wrap or the customer service that is quick in response.

I always have great service from them. This morning's experience is exceptional. Charity was working the drive through fulfilling the orders, she was cheery, friendly, and brought that extra bit of positive energy to start my busy Saturday. She exemplified exceptional customer service. Food is always consistent and love that every chick fila accommodates my food allergies and sensitivity. The app is fantastic. Whenever I place my mobile order app, my order, they fulfill the order promptly.

If I could give a zero I would. The nerve of the manager Christian to get an attitude because he's given out cookies from the day before. There is no way fresh cookies should be hard as a damn rock. This location customer service doesn't exist and sucks. How are you rude working for Chick-fil-A. If you don't like working here then get a new job. Giving me another cookie that is just as hard as the first one saying that's how they are made is a lie. I've gotten a cookie with my order multiple times. Seems like it is always an issue with my order from this location. They need new staff. The current management here is not it. The food is good but not that good for you to act a fool like that.

I mean, you can never go wrong with Chick-fil-A food, but this location has skimmed me out of my sauces every single time I've been here. I ordered five meals and got one Chick-fil-A sauce and one ketchup, even though my order indicates I want Chick-fil-A sauce, barbecue sauce, mayo, and ketchup, it's really an inconvenience. It sucks because this location is so close to my house.

Can't beat the sandwiches here. Great customer service and fast service. But the fries mid at best. Usually undercooked and/soggy. They will pretty much customize everything they make but the fries. No crispy fries allowed here. Fries from what's burger and a sandwich from here next time.
