Worst chick-fil-a I have ever been too. Placed a mobil order for pickup inside, was not greeted by no one and waited 6-7 minutes before anyone spoke to me. Got my order incomplete with no sauce or dressing and received everything to carry in one hand (4 sauces 4 ketchups and 2 dressing) The place is run by only teenagers who do not know how to read or treat customers. Never coming back to this location.

Drive-thru is a disaster. 9 out of 10 times these stupid kids can't get the order right. That's a reflection on management. Turnover here is great. Seldom see the same face twice. Obviously, the owner here doesn't give a rat's behind. Worst run Chik fil A.

When I come to Chikfila I definitely expect a wait since it's so popular. What I didn't expect is the worst stomach ache. I ordered from here last night and when I started to eat the 8ct I ordered, my stomach immediately started hurting and I RAN to the bathroom. I'd had a long day so I put the remaining 7ct in the fridge thinking maybe it was something else. I warmed them up today and same thing. Something is off about the ones I had at this location. I don't think I'll be back

This locations is a disappointment. My orders are usually incomplete. Tonight, they forgot our large fries. This location also under-serves on their fries. In the past, they have forgotten our salad dressing, the dipping sauces and utensils. It's always something with this location. We will be going to the Sienna location instead.

He tries to get to know his customers that go there.I've always gotten my food fresh here. Unlike other Chick-fil-A's they have their playground open, they are the first ones to open it in this area. I drive by 2 other Chick-fil-A's to come yo this one.

Ordered a gallon of half sweet/half unsweetened tea, after drinking more than half of the gallon with my husband we realized something was off...we held up the gallon to see if there was anything was underneath and saw floating objects - looked a lot like mold. Once we found out we filled out the form online almost a week ago and no one bothered to reach out. Would not be ordering anything from any of the chick fil a any more

Service sucks at this location. I work nights so on occasion wish to have lunch items , they NEVER give you sauce even if you ask multiple times. They had me wait 15 min for fries , when they clearly stated it was 5-7 min wait. Fries were cold when provided.

Missouri City Location Im not the one to post negative reviews for fast foods I think its a waste of time, but today I am. Service lately has gotten worse. I been coming to this location for years! And today I waited a while which I understand everyone wants Chick-fil-A but after all the waiting, I got home to no sandwich, I had two meals with added extras sides, one meal no sandwich. The other day they gave my shakes to another car, but they noticed they messed up they went to ask for the shakes and brought them to me! I said you have to remake them. They were hesitant about it but they did remake them after all. They need to be more alert with orders. Ill make sure to stay and check all my orders from now on at every location.
