Very POOR Market Salad with 1 MAYBE 1 1/2 really bad strawberries. So sad that this location sends out food like this.
Refund for the side salad I no longer want.

This is the WORST location I have seen. There is no place to order. You are forced to order from a table as if it was NOT a fast food place. It's like trying to eat at a chick-fil-a distribution center. They the staff is just rude and they ignore you as you sit to make an order. Very undesirable location. Highly recommend a refresh

Yesterday I was at Chick Fil A location on Westheimer in Cinco Ranch .I asked them before paying for my order I would like hot waffle fries and hot food I will wait if I have too. I also told them I don't want old coffee. So the first thing was my coffee tasted like it had grinds in it so I returned the coffee next my instructions were ignored my food was so cold and not good so I returned it to be given food she told me was sitting there for 10 mins or longer I tasted the waffle fry it was horrible I asked them please I just want new hood can you please majesty's me fresh hit food it's not that hard but for this place it is so next the manager cone Sandy she attacks me shouts at me tells me she us not going to give me fresh food I can only have that bad food they are trying to give me and WILL NOT refund me my money. I will never go back to this horrible place that I have bern going there for over 15 yrs they might have customers but this one will never go back and the manger told me at one point when they gave me my food back that it was new snd fresh well I know it wasn't as I took a tiny piece of chicken coating off and that's the one I got back so they have A DISHONEST MANAGER WORKING FOR THEM AND THEY ARE A CHRISTIAN! Really !!!!

I was a big fan of this location until recently... the past 3 times I've come here they've either gotten my order wrong or have forgotten to give me an item. Also the food quality has gone down. I come to this location at least once a week and every week the food gets worse and worse. Either it's way over salted or the chicken tastes old or their oil hasn't been changed regularly. I'm all for hiring teens but for goodness sakes train them properly. They can't seem to get my order right. Hopefully they make some changes at this location starting from the top management. They need to hire a new management team ASAP! I will be skipping this location from here on out. MY PLEASURE!

The serving size is just ridiculous. Their prices have gone way up, but they consistently serve less food. They never fill the fries up. We used to go here several times a week. Now, we barely ever go.

This CFA consistently gets my order wrong. Drive thru or online ordering. So frustrating. Sad this store is the closest to my house. Sent my daughter to pick up our order and they left out a 12 piece nugget. I wouldn't be as upset had they left out the fries. I'll think twice about ordering from here next time.

This location is so inconsistent with their portions, service , and reliability. You would hope they would confirm the contents of the bag before handing it off . Not practical to pull every item out of the bag before driving off but I think that would be the only way to make sure I don't get home to an incomplete order . Another thing ...Chick-fil-A I hope you are reading . Do better on your chicken inside the sandwich. Sometimes it's great and sometimes the size of the chicken is thinner than the tomato.

Disappointing location. Their concept, their service, their accuracy and their integrity. Not a fan of this franchise stuff when the company doesn't hold the franchise owners accountable. I'm guessing they aren't held accountable due to the fact that things have not changed. Based on my experiences. For future customers: be proactive, check your orders, speak up and hold them accountable so that they can improve.

Beyond annoying with the service at this location. This is the second time in a row that they forgot a portion of my order. What's their resolve? Drive back for the items or come back within 30 days for the item. For a company that thrives on hospitality, this is a subpar way of taking care of your customers. Now I have 30 days to pick of the item YOUR team forgot, and if I don't...oh well, y'all still kept my money. To top it off the supervisor said "it's human error, we work with a lot of kids". I guess it's my fault for trusting that your employees double checked their work.

This store is much like every other Chick-fil-A. The food is great, service is great and you always receive a "have a blessed day" on your way out. In this store I experienced my first post COVID-19 experience at the restaurant. It was done PERFECTLY!So I drive up and find my truck being guided like a plane into a terminal. A manager greats me and then another staff member starts taking my order. She repeated back exactly what the three of us ordered and the on to the pick up window. The entire experience was touchless. Now I have to tell you that I secretly love CFA chocolate shakes. Actually, like donuts, I love all chocolate shakes but everything is a matter of degrees. What I like about their shakes is that they remind me of what shakes used to taste like at the other chains ... chocolate.

If you zoom in on this picture you will notice that there's a small baby roach on my sandwich!! Once I noticed it I immediately called the location and asked for the manager and all he could say is sorry for the mishap and that I would refund you your money... and to use mishap as a word in this is situation is terrible it wasn't like I was missing cheese or something it was a BUG . Anyways this was my last time eating here!
