Our kids absolutely love the chicken tenders here. We love the little reading books in the kid meals!

This place usually gets it right, but not today. I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich combo with fries and a large lemonade. I got a regular chicken sandwich, fries and a large root beer. How hard is it to get this order right? SMH. I should have checked the bag before leaving the drive through.

Stopped by to grab lunch and decided to dine in. Love the remodel and flow of the restaurant now. The food was good as always. I got the 8ct meal with a sunjoy aka Arnold palmer. What i loved about this visit is eventhough this is fast food I got waited on like I was in a full service restaurant. Someone served me my food and came to clean the table and offered to get us refills. I'm all about the drive-thru, but I just might drop in for a dine in experience more often.

Ordered curbside pick up on Friday morning around 8:35 AM. Waited at least 20 min and they haven't even started my order or gave it to the wrong car. I had to flag someone down and then my order was brought out. On top of that, one of the things I ordered was wrong. So we had to go park, go inside and wait for an additional 10-15 minutes for them to fix this mistake. I was told I'm able to keep the wrong sandwich that was given and a correct one will be made. I was fine with it. BUT They gave me ANOTHER wrong order, so I told them again and then an Asian lady by the Name of KIM was giving a huge attitude about it. She went into my bag, grabbed the 2 wrong sandwiches out, threw them away and I had to wait for a new one. And then she "compensated" me for the mistake by giving me a brownie? I was so annoyed and disappointed by this situation and will be contacting somebody about this. Waited for over 30 min, a lady dug into my bag and grabbed out 2 sandwiches to throw away in the TRASH.... Terrible service here

My son ate here yesterday after they just reopened from their remodel and he's been vomiting and shitting all day since then he didn't get to go to work today because because of it he is very sick. I spoke to Chick-fil-A customer cares that lady didn't seem to give a shit and the manager just also suggested that I take him to the doctor and fill out a thing for him to go to the doctor that's it Chick-fil-A act like they care about people, but they really don't. Christian my ass! I know we won't be going back to that location again.

Slowest Chick-fil-A I've been too by far. You'll wait in line for over 30 minutes.Isn't fast food, supposed to be fast? I could've went to a sit down restaurant and be done quicker.

Never can go wrong with CfA! The service is always consistent, the restaurants are super clean, and the food is terrific! I wish other places treated you like CfA. I like knowing my experience will be great no matter what store I visit. Love their nuggets and sauces. It's definitely the best items, in my opinion. Wonder if they will ever do spicy nuggets. Hint, hint! The sweet tea mixed with lemonade is really good too. Notice their condiment spot. Even that area is organized! Top notch!

This location sucks, go to the one on cinco ranch Trash location, the people are very slow, and don't even get the order right

I came through the drive thru today around 11. I ordered a kids meal and forgot to tell them to switch out the toy for ice cream so when we got to the window I tried to notify someone. My grandma and I were not only ignored once but 3 times! The Asian lady who I think is a shift lead ignored us the first time then a man ignored us and then the lady again ignored us again. My nana yelled right behind her "I have a question" and she was obviously very irritated. All we wanted was ice cream lol. The service is usually good so I am very disappointed.

I've been coming here since I was a little kid and I have never felt so inclined to write a review.. KIM P is RUNNIN that drive thru this morning! You go ma'am! I hope you have a wonderful day and God bless you! Awesome service!!
