I was in the area for several reasons, chiefly to visit a friend on the Ellis Unit. Since I was a little behind and needed refreshment, I jumped at the chance to eat at the local CFA. I pick up my wife from 16 hour work shift and she's worked all night nonstop we pick up Chick-fil-A on our way home to get home and find that her gluten-free bun has mold on it so now she can't eat I'm getting yelled at and we have to go back up there to re-order the bun that rarely is ordered MOLD IS very dangerous and hazardous this is RIDICULOUS

The thing i detest about this brand of restaurant is that they hire young people who are in such a rush they don't don't take the time to listen to you or inquire to what you really want. All they are interested in is getting a order in and it's not what you really wanted or expected. So I get a few miles down the road and I have no vegetables on my sandwich and it's very salty tasting. I finally got my order only to have to return to get something else because the soup was too spicy to eat either. So I had inedible tortilla soup and bland salty chicken sandwich. Going to give this brand a vacation and try something different. Sorry I didn't use the language that I wanted too. So it's "My Pleasure " to give you a review.

Very great service, the manager is absolutely amazing!! Food came out quick as usual and the costumer service was great! You can really see the hard work and appreciation these employees have with everyoneSeriously whoever the manager is walking the tables helping everyone with clean up and refills, you're awesome!

I've been waiting for a milk shake on curbside for 20 minutes. It's lunch rush and I understand that, but 20 minutes is excessive. This is not unusual. In the afternoon after work, I've been waited for 10 minutesUpdate: I called and spoke with mgmt. I haaate being a Karen but come on. The woman I spoke with, Tracy, was very nice and she resolved the issue wonderfully.

Got some large fries on drive thru and they gave me almost half of the box empty.This is not the first time this happens I called the manager answered and offered to give me some new fries but I told her It was fine. Man has this place gotten worse. They have a serious attitude problem. Never have I had someone roll their eyes at me for asking for sauce that they didn't give me. They also have serious problem with their dine in service, it usually takes about 15 minutes for a two combo order. When the place is empty. Zero communication to the customer. I really hope this place gets it together soon!

This Chick Fil A is by far the best Chick Fil A I have ever gone to. The food is always perfect consistently. However a guy named Andrew who worked the drive through the night of 1/13/23 made the experience unforgettable. He is an exceptional employee with customer service of that I wouldn't have thought I'd ever experience at a fast food restaurant. He deserves every blessing that comes into his life. I pray he gets promoted at the very least.

I usually love Chick-fil-A but the most recent visit has me very disappointed. They not only got all of the chicken orders wrong but when I received my fruit cup there was cheese and an unknown substance inside the container. I didn't order anything including cheese for there to have been cross contamination within my order. When I go to Chick-fil-A I always expect phenomenal service because Chick-fil-A is the best and I hate to feel disappointed with them.
