I gave the food a five star based on fast food restaurantsI give this location of five on Service. It was clean fast and attentive team members. And I give the ambience overall a five stars because it's well decorated for the winter season even though let's be honest in Houston, it's not really that cold.Is the top-notch Chick-fil-A clean interior two lines to get through the drive-through wonderful service when we dined in in December 2023. Maria was a fantastic team member clearing our dinner trays and getting us refills on soda. Totally went above and beyond. Note, I'm a fan of Chick-fil-A as a fast food restaurant, so I am rating it as a fat five star fast food experience not Five star as in gourmet food would recommend this location and also would strongly encourage you to use the app instead of sitting in the double drive-through line.

Witnessed the most unprofessional and disrespectful Managers attitude, and customer service this evening at this location. A poor woman was inside at the counter providing proof of items that stated were free but the manager declined to provide her with the item. Me and my family even saw the false advertisement listed on the app. The manager was rude and when the lady said she was going to call corporate the manager said "I don't care it's not my problem it's the apps. Never again will me and my whole family will visit again.

EVERY TIME I ORDER A SALAD IT'S ALWAYS WRONG!!!!! Either they get the order wrong or I don't get the condiments that go with my salad!!! PLEASE DO BETTER!!!! Check and recheck!!!!! I've had my Fil of Chick Fil A, honestly.Located in Northwest Crossing right along with side of Highway 290 that heads for Austin, you will find this pretty decent Chick-fil-A location which usually has long lines and long wait times and leads into the highway Service Road, and helps to jam up this whole parking lot which is a problem.I find the food to be crazy overrated but at least some of the people were friendly.

Normally, the service and food is perfect, but today there was no one outside due to the heat to take the order and when I placed the order through the kiosk, picked it up and drove off. Only when I got home did I found out that I was given someone else's order. Including given the wrong drinks.I'm not going to drive back four miles to go switch it back out but I wanted you to be aware to make sure you get the correct order when you leave.

i honestly I don't know how anybody comes to this location, every single time I come to this location they either mess something up, they are rude, or they totally forget some thing overall. Time after time they mess up while in the drive thru and have someone pull forward and they are waiting there forever and you're stuck in line while your food gets cold. they should just shut it down at this point tbh

Ordered my breakfast for pickup way before the time was over. I literally did not want to go out today and the only silver lining was my breakfast I was going to pickup. I arrive, the first drive through associate sees my pickup order and says I'm good to go, then I wait through the whole line and the person at the window says "ohhhh I'm so sorry sir breakfast is done." even though I ordered it before the time for breakfast was over. Like I know ya'll have the ingredients and I already paid.... What is the issue???
