I had to throw away my whole salad because they added cheese. Nasty smelling cheese. Tasted expired & told the guy I didn't want cheese. I got a MARKET SALAD WITH THE FRUIT ON THE SIDE WHAT MAKES U think I want cheese on lettuce only?????????? They fu*** charged me extra because I wanted a salad with hot spicy fillet and they gave me cold chicken wtf

Hello yelper's keep your eyes OPEN on this chick fil ,they will take your money.This new chick fil a sucks at costumer service amount other things . I order the grilled chicken club /Colby jack cheese and bacon with large coke ,large fries payed 11.55 for it . When I got home toke out the bag , the grilled sandwich had NO Colby jack cheese , NO tomatoes ,No Bacon . I drove back to get my money back . I try to explained to him what was going on but didn't want to see me . But didn't want to give me my refund back ( long story short ) stay away look at the pictures . Never going back to this location again. No customer service. I didn't want to discuss with this "guy" , I didn't want to discuss about the money they need to refund me ) Stay away ,if you can yelper's ,hopefully this helps you guys out in the future.

I asked for a muffin sandwich add bacon! I get to the truck it was just bacon, so I go in and let them know I'm missing my patty!! She takes the sandwich, a perfectly good sandwich and tosses it!!! Wth!!! I would of been fine with just a patty in my hand and I'll add it!!! No biggie That was disappointing!!! It was disgusting really!!!! And it was a Supervisor last name Duerte I can't stand good food being thrown away!!

Maybe the worst Chick-fil-A around Houston...Yesterday 6:30pm, rush hours and they should be prepared, but not really.8 cars in front, half hour wait, big mess.The cats behind us were getting their food, and when it got to our turn, we already had 3 associates coming to ask if I'm Wendy or whatever name... when we got our food, still no drink, when the beverages should be the first just to simplify. Finally we went.When we got home, the salad was missing the dressing, luckily we came home. The salad was miserable, lots of greens and almost no cheese and fruit.On the other order I had an extra 6 pieces nuggets that probably were missing on someone, and finally they forgot to put the ketchup too. The burger was soggy and the fries the usual, 2 or 3 big and the rest it's just small pieces.Don't go there.

I used to work for CFA back in COVID days. This is the worst location I have ever encountered. There is no patience or kindness at this store. The managers here are uptight & pretty much dislike having to fix your order. I try & try again to give this place multiple chances. Every time I order, it's wrong. Every time they fix it, I get an attitude. This place needs a whole new staff.
