We arrived. My mom is in a wheelchair. They guy asked us to take a seat but forgot to come to us and get our order. Once I grabbed someone the service was amazing. The restroom was not as clean as i expected it to be. The food was very tasty. I had the Avocado dressing.

I can live with them forgetting sauces but I told them I wanted unsweetened tea and just in case they couldn't understand me putting the emphasis on "UN"-sweetened, I made sure to tell her "no sugar"...The order taker did her job because the sticker said unsweetened, but sure enough, they gave me sweet tea. Which was great given that their salad dressing also has 9 grams of sugar. Are they trying to kill me?

Did a drive through order. Ordered 2 large fries and spicy chicken sandwich. Sandwich was good. Fries were super salty and not crispy at all. Felt like i was eating warmed frozen fries. Not the kind of chik-fil-A i know.

Today (12/27/23) I went to this location I went through the mobile thru lane as I always do when picking up for myself or someone else during my lunch time. So it has changed that if you do mobile ordering you "Have" to check in through the QR code. Today I went to pick up a mobile order and when I was waiting in line one of the workers her name is, Janie or Genie. I told her I had a mobile order, and I gave her the name on the order rudely she said did you check in I was like no because I'm picking up for someone else. She said we'll go around and you need to go in or go around and get in line again. I went in and asked to speak to a manager which was Genesis who was no help. I told her this has never happened before I have came during lunch time before and I was just told to move ahead in the line so the other cars can go by. Everything she was saying did not make sense. Like well it depends on how busy it is and the line is very long right now, but you have to check in every time. I told her there needs to be a better solution than to tell someone to get in line again. The time I wasted getting off and talking to the useless manager my food was ready. Like how hard was that!

I stopped in to get the usual two large fries to try and kill off a current migraine carrying over from yesterday. I was immediately greeted with a smile from drive-thru staff, Chris. We sparked up a brief conversation about his day, his aspirations in life, and he so kindly asked me about my day. As cars behind mines were filling the drive-thru lines, I discontinued our chat. I ordered my meal and paid. Then, I moved forward to wait on my food. To my pleasant surprise, my food was handed out to me by staff member, Britney. She was bubbly, smiling, and had a positive attitude. I immediately asked her how she was doing which she responded that she was having a good day. We briefly had a chat about my head pains. She suggested that I get some rest and mentioned that it helps her. She was very nice towards me. She wished me good wishes and I was on my way. The fries were crispy, hot, and was coated in a light brown color indicating that they weren't burnt. They were lightly seasoned with salt. A generous amount of Polynesian sauce was placed in the bag. My lemonade had exactly light ice and was sweet to taste. Overall the meal left me satisfied and full. Way to go Chick-a-fil

Customer service here is terrible. They don't even say my pleasure. I ordered via mobile app and I got there and they told me I have to go and park and wait for it. I was in line for 19 minutes before they told me I have to park. This franchise should be closed.

Always been big a big fan of chick-fil-A but something is seriously going wrong with the quality of the food. Often times the nuggets are not cooked enough or very grisly with fat etc. not even eatable. Prices have gone up so much not to be serving a good product. Hopefully the management will get control of this as their good reputation is at risk.
