Me and this Chic Fil A have a love hate relationship. This has to be the only location that has gotten my order wrong on several occasions. Sometimes my food is too lukewarm. Overall they are always friendly and ready to accommodate when my order is messed up.

I spend money here like 2/3 times a week and the food just keeps getting worse. Especially at this location. If it's not my lemonade not tasting right then it's my nuggets being too salty and soggy. I don't know what's going on but they wouldn't even give me my money back but offered to remake and I wasn't about to wait for another food that may not satisfy me so I left very upset and most likely won't return to this location

The only reason I give this location a three star is because every time I order (Uber eats, drive thru or in person) the last at least 5 times I've been there they mess my order up!!! Is always something missing or wrong item. Even last time I told them to check explained the reason, gave me my order I triple check and guess what...something was missing!!!We love Chick-fil-A but Management please do something about this! Is so frustrated to get home hungry and find out that your order is not complete!

645am and wanted a quick spicy chicken biscuit. Never had an issue with other chil-fil-a locations. That written, customer service was great as always, and I went inside for takeout. Unfortunately the biscuit was hard on the edges and chicken did not taste fresh either. Tasted like it was made yesterday. Similar to buying a biscuit sandwich from a gas station that you always think "why did I buy that?" Afterwards.

The food sucked, the service sucked, the ambiance sucked. Gave SIMPLE DIRECTIONS and they STILL managed to mess up my order. The didn't understand a word of English but if I would've spoke Spanish, I bet I would've gotten soooo much better service. It's pathetic.

This location has gone down the drain. Every time we come here our order is wrong. I spent 40 minutes waiting at curbside and then they walk out here with a completely wrong order. French fries were so burnt and hard to eat, they were like cardboard and tasted like it too.Management needs to change. The quality here has really gone bad

worst customer service and manager ever! I order from them trough the grubhub, my order was not complete and they sealed the package and grub hub driver picked up my order and delivered! I contacted them and they said send the driver back to pick up the missing item!!!! I drove to them and asked them to refund they said we cant because you ordered frim 3rd part!!! what in the world should I pay $12 for service and delivery fee and again drive to store to pick up the item that they forgot.... worst customer service ever!
