This was our first time eating here and it was wonderful. I had chicken tikka masala and my wife had chicken palak. Both were great and just the right level of spice (they asked our preference). The naan was addictive. We highly recommend it.

Not a bad place but still fairly average. Quality- the biryani had a good fresh taste but there were barely any prawns. They really cheaper out here. It was just rice. The vindaloo is not thick enough. It was a bit watery but had decent flavor. Wasn't the best I've had. The garlic naan is very good though. Quantity- they give a decent amount for the price here but cheaper out on the shrimp. Atmosphere- nice welcoming place to sit down with family. Service- they took a while to get the food.

The shrimp madras was spicy flavorful without being overly hot. I asked for onions to complement the dish. Basmati on the side. He had chicken tikka. Served with riata very cooling. Pakora apps delicious! Soul Tree blend and kingfisher to drink. The onion kulcha was the best I ever had in the burbs. Very busy with lots of takeout. Service was unobtrusive and good. I would come back here. Atmosphere: light Indian/ Nepalese background music. Very calming environment. We enjoy Indian food but never had Nepalese. By far this is the best.

Absolutely incredible. I spent some time in London craving Indian & Nepalese food and this place is on another level. We've gotten takeout here about 5 times and it's always amazing the Chicken Tikka Masala is an absolute favorite along with the garlic naan and the raita is incredible. The service is courteous and the inside is really nice. Though we have yet to actually dine in, though we hope to soon :)

Service here is great! The owner is really kind. The portions are on the smaller size and it's a little pricey for its size. It's recommended to do family style so you can get a variety of dishes. The garlic naan is really good. My friend and I tried the baigan bharta (eggplant curry) for the first time and it was surprisingly good! I liked it better than what I ordered which was the chicken tikka. The dishes come with rice, but you will have to order the naan separately. I suggest getting the naan so you can dip it in the sauce.

Went to visit for lunch yesterday ( Sunday) and failed to call ahead to make sure they had lunch buffet. No more buffet, at least that's what we were told :-(My wine was warm, and my husbands chai tea was flavorless.Asked for medium spice ( they offered mild, medium or hot) for both our chicken and dal makhani, and both had no flavor. They both just tasted like cream Hardly any chicken and the lentils had a hard texture to them. Did not have lettuce for a side salad. Can't say we'll be back... we'll go to India House before we come here again.

Ordered carry out for the first time. Chicken biryani was so dry and it seems like the chicken was cooked in advance separately since it had no flavor in the dish. Also, the amount of large spice chunks in the dish was astounding and was not fun to have to spit out all the time. My husband found black hair in his portion. Gulab jamun was crunchy! Yikes! These should be soft as pancakes. Ended up throwing it out unfortunately. Positive: Palak paneer was good as well as the naan. Highly enjoyable!

We have enjoyed our experience at this restaurant. The service is terrific. While the restaurant itself is extremely dated and desperately needs a refresh, we still continue to visit. The food is terrific. My review is about the to go orders. We have ordered on DoorDash several times. And we have been disappointed every single time. The food is packed very nicely, but frankly the portions are ridiculously small. They are not the same as the portions as in the restaurant. For example, we ordered the Chana masala x 2 so that we could be assured that we would get enough food. It was deplorable. The container was full of sauce and almost no chickpeas. What a disappointment. We ordered a double order of chicken tikka masala, a double order aloo gholbi, a double order of the chickpeas, and naan. Our order came up to $150. And it was so disappointing that the portions were so small. We will not be ordering again.

Fantastic food. I've never had anything here that wasn't delicious. Samosas are excellent. Chicken curry with saffron rice is a must. You can get it mild or spicy to suit your taste. Just a great local place.
