I've been here 3 times, this is my full opinion;Servers are new, staff is new, but they're doing alright, I asked for a mocha coffee and got an unsweetened plain one.Chicken tenders are a pure 8/10. Greasy but in a good way.Amazing crepes! I tried the fruit one & nutella, both good, and tastes not bad even if refrigerated for leftovers.I had their frozen lemonade, 5/10. Nothing too special.This place is really nice! It's cozy and has a good vibe.

Sweet Basil Cafe' is now open in Hanover Park, and it is a fabulous place to dine.The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, clean, and bright inside. They have a great variety of menu items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and pizza, too. I want to return and try a breakfast pizza. The iced latte is a treat, and the BLT sandwich was tasty and filling. I ordered mine with a side of fruit. I did get to try a sample of the thin, crispy crust cheese pizza, and it was very cheesy and tasty. I love a thin crispy crust like theirs.Check out the pet-friendly patio, too. I look forward to trying more items.The best burgers I have had in this area!Shout out to the lovely Lily, who cared for my order at the counter. She was delightful and attentive.

The restaurant was pretty empty... five tables dining when we walked in. The restaurant has definitely been highly upgraded since the last restaurant was here! Love the decor and all the beautiful tables and booths. Our waitress was really sweet and took great care of us. There are daily specials on the back page of the menu. Today was the chicken fried steak dinner with a choice of potato, broccoli, and a soup or dinner salad. You also get free ice cream or rice pudding. I picked the loaded baked potato, salad with blue cheese dressing, and the rice pudding. My husband ordered the corned beef hash with 2 eggs. The food was not bad. It was our first time there! The waiter was very helpful and attentive. The hostess was absolutely terrible. We had separate checks and she rang us up together and posted it to one of the charge cards. We said we have separate checks she said well you have to tell me that. We said why would we know that we have a check each of us? She said I'm sorry it has to post to the card very rude.

My family and I are avid Sunday breakfast people and were recently given a gift card for this place we had never heard of. I'm always skeptical of new breakfast restaurants but this place was awesome. It has the vibes of a First Watch with the standard suburb breakfast place menu. You definitely get your moneys worth for food, huge omelettes and pancakes. Would definitely recommend.
