The pumpkin spice martini flight is a 12/10.The flavors are the perfect balance. The limited espresso flight consists of the original, pumpkin spice, and pumpkin chai. Each level has its own richness beyond comparison. Definitely brings the coffee to a top level. The pastries were the perfect balance to be able to have something to snack on and allowed the pastries to not overpower the flight. The workers at the Reserve were so welcoming and happy to assist. This is my second time coming here, being the first was when it first opened. Definitely recommending friends to visit this location.

Horribly mismanaged operation. Waitrd in line for 20+ minutes and told (while waiting in line) to scan the QR code and peruse the drink menu. Finally get to the front of the line and order the pumpkin spice martini flight trio. And the woman says "We don't have that. We sold out."With the billions of dollars in profit that Starbucks makes every quarter and the supposed IT savviness a company leadership possesses , how on Earth can the CEO of the company see that this is normal in the year 2024? It's a digital menu! Hire someone to manage the menu and remove things as they sell out if you are too inept to do the programming.

First time coming here. It's nice to see a different Starbucks. Each floor is specific, depending on your visit. They have an experiment coffee floor at the 3rd. It's basically offering creations. I got the toffee nut bianco latte iced. It's not too strong. There's harmony in the flavor itself. I like the cold brew malt better. For the hot weather, this was really good. It's not too sweet. It was as enjoyable as it could be.Merchandise is only on the first floor. Sad that they didn't have a lot of keychain in stock. This is a big factor why it's 4 stars. It's by business and tourists' area, you'd expect to have more stock.4th floor was the bar. We got the Toastery boilermaker which was made from Starbucks Reserve® Cold Brew, Koval Four Grain Whiskey, Malört, Combier Pamplemousse, Honey Syrup, Fever Tree Club Soda, Bittermens Hopped Grapefruit Bitters, Pink Grapefruit Juice, Lemon Juice, Grapefruit Wheel, Salt Tincture, Rhine Hall Bierschnaps. and lake shore which was a mixture of Teavana® Zen Clouds Oolong, El Tesoro Añejo Tequila, Mango Yogurt Syrup, Lime Juice, Sea Salt Tincture, garnished with Mango Popsicle and Lime Zest. The drinks were very enjoyable and the bartenders were nice and patient.

This Starbucks is huge. Had 3 floors and a terrace. It was super swanky. 1st floor was desserts, 2nd floor is food, 3rd floor is a bar and the 4th floor is a terrace. We went to the third floor, they had a lot of cocktails and even some mocktails for us non alcohol drinkers. Drinks were pretty good not overpriced. Bartenders were friendly except for "JDawg", he was more on the rude side. But anyhow, it's a nice place to chill avg grab a drink before you continue on your Michigan Avenue trek.

It's a great experience going into the Starbucks reserve stores. I had only been to the Seattle one before but this one has 4 floors including a rooftop floor too and has various drinks and yummy food options to choose from that leave you wanting to come back. It is fairly good food and a cool experience for 30-45 minutes of fun but probably a one and done for me! It does get very noisy and I don't think it would be a good place to study like some customers were doing.

Def the biggest SB Reserve I have been to and didn't know which floor to start bc I wanted everything. Started with the 3rd floor and ordered the coffee affogato (dairy free option) then went down to the 2nd floor to the bakery. I wanted everything on the menu, but settled for the avocado toast with pickled red onion, lemon olive oil cake and the eggs in a tomato sauce (forgot the name). Yes it was too much food for one person, but it was all delicious. I was surprised the olive oil cake was dairy free, but grateful bc its hard to find dairy free desserts in most restaurants. Cake was moist, sweet and definitely could taste the lemon. Loved the cake! The coffee affogato was good. Couldn't tell ice cream was diary free. Then I headed up to the 4th floor and ordered the hot honey espresso martini. Yeah there was a kick to it, but not too bad since the coffee brought the kick down a bit. Depending where you ordered the service might take some time (level 2 bakery a little longer than the other places bc it's food). Ambiance was lively and everyone was chatting and having a good.

Very nice. Clean, modern, and much merch to obtain. Great spot to just chill. I've been to the one in Seattle. I just need the one in NY to complete visiting all the US locations.

The biggest Starbucks reserve in the world and it did not disappoint. As you can imagine this is a big tourist spot. I would recommend arriving as early as possible to avoid some of the rush. So many different floors and an amazing rooftop for you to enjoy! Staff were friendly and it was very clean inside!
