Stopped into Sanders for a late afternoon lunch. We ordered 1/2 Lb of brisket and a small rib tips with slaw and Mac n cheese sides. We sat in the outside patio when Angel came to us and said they were out of tips. We said we'd try the pulled pork and Angel said she would make it right! She soon came back with brisket & pulled pork but also a sample of pork ribs and our original order of tips! Dag!We were in Bar B Q heaven!Don't think I could rate them since all were tasty! Tried each of their sauces sweet, vinegar, and mustard and again all were decent. The people, servers, employees, etc. could not have been friendlier and helpful. Nice inside with a delightful patio. Keep up the good work Sanders!

I was able to get an order on Thursday night at 8 after a long day. I was surprised because the line is always long during the midday. I ordered large rib tips without sauce. When I got home, my tips were sauced. I ate a few just to check for tenderness but planned to return to reorder. The rest were leftover - money wasted. My family and I returned on Saturday at 8:30pm, after the rush but before the 10pm closing. We could see patrons seated, eating and ordering. Employees were behind the counter. Lights were bright. But when we tried to enter, the door was locked. No one acknowledged us as the three of us took turns trying to open the old school wooden door. They could not have been closed. The context clues did not give us that. After three tries at the door, a worker that was behind the counter 'mouthed,' "were sold out." Rude and unneighborly. My two experiences with Sanders, which is local to me, have not been ideal. I suggest changing the signage to read "open until to sold out." Maybe Sanders can't keep up with the social media attention. That's fine. But communication and order fulfillment are key to customer service. Wishing the management team well as they troubleshoot next steps. But I'll pass.

The line and wait was long on an early Friday evening. Ordered the wings and rib tips. Afterwards they announced they were not taking anymore rib orders, they were out. The staff were nice. The atmosphere was great. The wings were good. The tips were tough and they looked like someone had eaten off of them. I mean they were lacking meat and looked like something you'd wouldn't serve if you wanted to make a good impression. I guess they were the last thing they to serve. I should have made the drive back but it was too much of a hassle. So they're going in the garbage.

We had heard positive reviews about this BBQ restaurant, so we decided to make the 45-minute drive to check it out. When we arrived, there were about 10 people in line ahead of us, which took approximately 30 minutes to get through. We ordered brisket, pulled pork, pork ribs, rib tips, a burger, smoked sausage, and all the sides, except for the cornbread, which was already sold out despite the restaurant being open for only two hours. After placing our order, we received our food in about 20 minutes. The brisket was dry but well-seasoned, while the rib tips were tough and not something I would order again. The pulled pork had good flavor but needed salt, which was not available for customers. The pork ribs were well-seasoned and tender. The burger was good, but when we asked for ketchup, we were told they didn't have any. We also requested sweet BBQ sauce, but although we were informed that more was being made, we never received any during our visit.Regarding the sides, the greens had a nice spice but also needed salt. The baked beans were delicious, and the street corn (Elote) was tasty but could have used more salt. The mac and cheese was decent, and the potato salad was well-seasoned but had too much dill for my taste. The fries were excellent. It's worth noting that this place is on the expensive side; we spent almost $200 on lunch to try all the meats. Be prepared for the cost if you plan to sample a variety of dishes.

Straight to the point food was ok, service was nice and Ambiance is really nice. It is a spacious establishment with different options of seating. Now food:Baked beans: tasted like a mixture of canned pork & Beans and chili beans with brown sugar and chili seasoning. The Mac and cheese: tasted like pasta and noodles the cheddar on top gave the bite but it was missing somethingThe greens: a little rowing kick with sugar (not a fan). I don't like my greens with the stem in either. Turkey was to dry and chewy.-Peach tea smoked wings were good. The sauce was the best thing they had. The wings were a great size, could have done with more seasoning on the meat but with the sauce I didn't miss anything. Served with crispy fries which are also great The catfish was fried hard and to those who like that I am sure you will enjoy. I am not a fan, it was seasoned and adding the lemon was a nice touch. I ate the thicker part which wasn't so hard, it was good. It also came with fries and bread. I love bread. The sweet potato cornbread is different. The cornbread itself is not sweet, it is thick and heavy on the cornmeal, puts me in the mind of hot water cornbread batter made into a cake. The glaze is what adds the sweetness. Together they are good and the corners of edges are so good.So the food isn't horrible but I wouldn't come back

We thoroughly enjoyed our food at Sanders BBQ Supply Co. We ordered brisket, mac and cheese, baked beans, greens, peach sweet tea wings, rib tips and the cajun smoked sausage. My favs were the brisket, mac and rib tips. The brisket was tender, flavorful, moist- had the right amount of meat to fat ratio to me. The mac really reminded me of my grandmother's so I could be biased there lol- so of course that was good. The star really was the rib tips!! Flavorful for sure, tender to perfection and seasoned well! Tender enough where the gristle was edible, one of my favorite parts of rib tips. I truly appreciate that my tips were not drenched in bbq sauce!! The baked beans were made with black beans and another bean or two- I've never had them with black beans, it's a different taste but not bad at all. The wings had a good glaze and were good. I enjoyed the tenderness and juice of the greens but I did wish they were a bit more seasoned. Their smoked sausage was okay, had lots of flavor but not something I have to have again.I did overhear some individuals being told that the restaurant wasn't prepared for the amount of food they would sell. I would say they did advertise for people to come and enjoy the independence day holiday at their restaurant so there should have been some sort of preparation. However, I would say the staff handled the crowd well. I did dislike that our food came in about increments of 15 mins apart so we weren't really able to enjoy everything together. That was disappointing. All in all I plan to go back because the food is good and some of the best bbq the city has to offer!

I went today Sunday so that I could get the Turkey leg (Sunday only). However, they didn't make the turkey leg cause they wanted to do beef ribs for fathers day, which is fine but, still offer the Sunday item.I got the 1/2 pound of brisket ($16)& pork ribs ($14) with Large ($10 ea.) Mac & greens. The size/portion of each item is disappointing...Also, got 2 tiny cups of bbq sauce for both meat items.Honestly, I won't be back cause my brisket WAS NOT tender at all and it was DRY ASF.The ribs were tender. However, both meats lacked flavor.

I'm going to rate accurately, but because I want them to get better, and I am willing to go back. The restaurant had no air, so pretty unbearable to wait for food. The expediting of the orders needs work. You're an expensive restaurant, so the food needs better consistency. My wings were overcooked, the rib tips felt more like Texas burnt ends, not Chicago rib tips, and why no sauce? The catfish was dry, and please refer to the picture. The cornbread is very good, but look at the presentation, I also really enjoy your sauce. I hope this can inspire you to push harder, I drove all the way from the burns to try you out, and I'd would have been more satisfied at a local place for way less than 90 dollars. Good luck to you!

We moved a few blocks away from this place this past January and were eagerly anticipating its opening.Sanders did not disappoint! Think green street smoked meats but better atmosphere. I'm honestly tempted to gatekeep this place because the food is delicious, the service is attentive, there was live music on the Sunday we went and we easily found a table. BYOB, Kid Friendly, live music...what an amazing addition to the neighborhood We got brisket, pulled pork, mac and cheese, cornbread, watermelon salad and elotes. Mac and cheese and cornbread are to die for. The bbq was very good. A previous review mentioned that the portions of bbq sauce were small but they have the sauce in condiment pumps and you can sauce your own meat to your liking so there's as much or as little as you like. I can't wait to go back I saw a plate of wings walk pass me that I need to try
