As soon as you pull up to the restaurant, you are greeted with a very clean and welcoming patio with a small fountain with lots of seating. The interior is very spacious and clean. You order your meal at the counter where a worker immediately greet you with a friendly hello they offer a full variety of Mediterranean dishes that can be had with wraps sandwiches and entrées.My favorite item on the menu is the Kefta Kebabs or the Chicken shawarma sandwich that is prepared on a soft homemade pita. I also enjoy their super combo plate that comes with all of their meats on a bed of rice with tomato and lettuce on the side and pitas.Their sauces are also absolutely delicious. I really love their tahini sauce and they also have a red sauce that is more spicy that comes with all dishes that is delicious. Their garlic sauce is also something that you have to try.My wife loves their chicken Shawarma plate with a side of their homemade hummus.Their prices are extremely reasonable a full plate costs around 1499 and a sandwich cost under 8 dollars. If you are in the mood for Mediterranean food, that is always consistent with excellent quality. Definitely go check them out. They do get busy during dinner time, but they are very quick with their ordering process.I give a rating of 9 out of 10 definitely go check this place out for yourself and tell them that the Chicago Food King sent you.

Tried this place on Thursday for dinner. We started off with Pepsi and Tamarind Drink. The Tamarind drink was awesome and refreshing. We then had Veggie Plate and Lamb Plate. The portion size is decent but as compared to other middle eastern places we felt as if it was less. The food was ok in taste and there was nothing special with the flavors. The lamb meat was little hard as compared to other places serving tender meat. However, the veggie plate was good. The highlight was the red sauce served along with the entree that made my falafel tasting even more delicious. The ambiance is good with both indoor and outdoor seating. There are plenty of parking spots outside the restaurant. Service was great.

Great food at excellent price. The chicken shawarma with the side of toum really hit the spot. The chicken was flavorful and the pita was warm. I would definitely come here again.

Ordered a catering tray of rice and mixed meat for a get together. Easy ordering and food was really good. $65 for the meat tray and $15 for the rice platter. Only complaint was they gave us 2 red sauces and 2 white sauces, which wasn't enough to serve 10 adults with. Granted we should've checked before leaving the restaurant but you'd think they'd account for that.

I used to eat here when they were located in Roselle Road... this location is so beautiful. There is a patio where you can eat outside. The restaurant was very clean and there is plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. My husband ordered the Super Combination and loved it. I ordered a dozen Falafel and gave some to my husband. They were very filling... I even took some home with me. I also ordered the Baba Ghannouj and it was really fresh and delicious. We dipped our food in it and loved it! We had Kinafa for dessert it was so yummy and the perfect ending to an amazing meal. The people working here are nice! We will be back for sure!

Great food with many options. Service is helpful when asking about the menu and the food was brought to your table. Open seating indoors and outdoor. Bathrooms are downstairs of the restaurant separated by gender.

This place was ok and sometimes that is enough. The flavors of the food were not something that would bring me back in, the gyros were kinda bland, the rice meh. Better than a burger.

Nice decor, very clean restaurant. I went on a week night and they had a decent number of customers dining and to go orders. I ordered food to go. Everything is made fresh. All the food we got was really good! Chicken shawarma, chicken shish-kebobs, humus and pitas. The only thing that was ok was the rice, kind of boring. All of the sauces are tasty. The prices are reasonable. I should have come here sooner! I'll be back.

Pita House is a place that is a staple for me. They used to be on Roselle and Wethersfield and has this moved into a bigger area! They are right behind Binny's on golf road. Same owner and let me tell you he remembers you and always greets you! Service with a smile! When you get there, you order at the counter, wait to get your food and can enjoy it after! They are fast paced and will have your food ready and pipping hot. They do not serve alcohol due to religious reasons and liquor licensing per the owner. We ordered a falafel sandwich, which my mother said was delicious and filling for her. They have a lot of vegetarian options. I ordered the chicken plate. It comes with lettuce, tomatoes, rice and chicken. With that they give you side of red hot sauce, it is spicy if you cannot tolerate spice and a white tahini sauce. These sauces are our favorites. They have plenty of seating and will accommodate you and a large party. We also always order a Jerusalem salad, which is tahini sauce, cucumbers diced, tomatoes diced and parsley. It can be used to stuffed the pita . We also get baba ganoush which is an eggplant dip. I learned their are to types of eggplants a male and a female (female has a large slit )! We always have left overs as the portions are filling. They are reasonably priced and as trendy as the Mediterranean Diwt is, I highly recommend them! Flavorful, moist and juicy meals for all! We passed on Turkish coffee and baklava but they are also highly recommended on my end! Enjoy!

The Falafel Hut is 100 times better. This place likes the microwave for everything. The lamb tastes rancid. They've really downgraded. Sorry, but I call it like I experience it.
