Parkway Hoagies

Was in my way to Taurus and they were closed. Called a buddy and he referred me here which was a lot closer. Food cooked to order and on point! This is my new go to spot in Woodlawn!!

TERRIBLEEEEEEEE. I'm sure the food may be good like the other customers are saying but I wouldn't know. Cook/cashier greeted me poorly and was on the phone. I had been craving a hoagie and when placing my order he tells me "I really don't like making veggie hoagies". Yet you're still getting THE FULL AMOUNT $ for it. It's a rinkadink hole in the wall so I should have known better. He was not about to make my food with that nasty energy though.

After all this time this little place is still cooking up the Best. I like the fact that you can get great food for a great price.You don't have to worry about looking for your lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, on and on you can see them and taste it ALL.Fries are Cooked to order and good old School mind sauce yum yummyOh yeah its something about the chicken wings (Finger licking good)

They are a joke. The cook Lisa. Is very tacky and lazy. I ordered a small chicken philly with fries no pop. Originally pricedat five dollars even. Maybe some change too. My food twice separate occasions. Was almost seven dollars. Was nasty as hell. My sandwich was terrible and dry. My fries was old. Keep your money. Go somewhere else. All three cooks in there are triflin. I witnessed them cooking without gloves. Or washing their hands. Make your own food.

Omg! Tank food is made with love. This is my number one spot when I want to grab a bite.

The fried chicken is amazing!! Mild sauce.. Love it. Good polishes too.. Black owned as well.

went to parkway to get some hoagies and corn beef. they were the worst i have ever had. i don't know what kind of meat they are using for the turkey and ham but it was not horrible. the meat was rubbery and didn't taste like real turkey or ham. i will never go there again.

It is hard to notice by bypassers but it is well known to the community. When I entered the restaurant I was really annoyed by the individuals who insisted on shoving their way inside the small boxed ordering area. There is not enough room to fit more than four people at a time but the service is mighty fast. Although my wait was not that long, while standing in line I was aggravated by desperate young men who obviously were not that exposed to many well put together young ladies. The menu was a large poster pinned to the wall with all the meal deals and there prices. They had several meal options to choose from and the prices were fairly cheap. When it was my turn to order I was yelling back and forth with the cashier, over an extremely loud fan, my order-steak supreme, cheese and sweet peppers only,fries and a pinapple soda. After about ten minutes of waiting I recieved my food that satisfied my every request.Despite the fact the place is so small and uncomfortable, if your willing to wait you will taste the Best STEAK SUPREME (hoagy) for it's price!!! Great black owned establishment been here for years I'm 26 and its been there since before i can remember. Fast food greasy stuff but well worth it if you are looking to cheat on a diet lol . everything from Hoagies to fish to fried chicken.

The chicken was good asl lemon pepper on point but the fries were a lil dry or just not fried enough idk something was off. Maybe I didn't like the brand or they were frozen a lil too long. But they cook quick and have great service!
