Ledo's Pizza

Great Tavern style pizza, tried the italian beef and giardiniera for the first time the other night and it was amazing!

Decided to stop since I was in the area and order with my daughter for lunch. Placed our order for the xtra thin crust pizza at 11:25am. No idea why but it took until 12:10pm for the pizza to be done. During this time I saw there much smaller pizzas go into the warmer box for pickup and some deep fried apps come out for people that came in after us. Not sure why with only 4 tables occupied it took so long. Food is a 5. Service and speed a 1.

Third time is NOT the charm. I have tried three times to enjoy the pizza at Ledo's and three times it has disrupted our family dinners. The first two times we ordered pizzas for delivery. After an hour of waiting (both times) we called to to get an ETA. Both times we were told that the pizzas were just leaving the store and would be there in 30 min. The first time it showed up after a total of two hours. The second time it took two hours and thirty minutes. Both times we had to cook a quick meal for the kids since they were hungry and were not going to wait. Against my family's wishes I decide to order pizza once again Ledo's but this time I would pick it up. Order was placed at 6:35 and was given an ETA of 7:11-7:16 for pick up. Got there at 7:20 and was told that there was an issue with the order and it was just going in the oven. They asked me to come back in 40 minutes. They did offer me $20 off my next order, which is worthless to you when you have hungry kids at home. I had to cancel the order and went across the street to Domino's so I had food to bring home in a timely manner. I do not understand how this place is still in business with the three experience's I have had. I cannot believe this is coincidence and it has only happened to me. It took me three times to learn my lesson and the lesson is never to visit Ledo's again.

We stopped here for a late-ish dinner last Saturday. We had the onion rings as an appetizer, they had good flavor, the breading was crisp, and they came out hot. The pizza we ordered came out hot, the cheese was thick and chewy. It was fairly good, though otherwise unremarkable.The atmosphere was busy. There were lots of families that seemed to be enjoying themselves. It was an interesting experience, in the sense that you order at the counter, and they call your number when your order is ready, then you go up to pick it up.

Pizza was okay. Ordered a medium pizza. Only took 45 minutes to get it, and we were the only customer there. I'm assuming there were other delivery orders. The cashier was friendly.

This was my favorite pizza place for 40+ years. However, the service and the food are now sub-par. It took over 3 hours to get my pizza. I ordered it at 4 pm and it didn't arrive until 7:30 pm. The pizza wasn't hot, and the managers' reply was that they do not guarantee delivery times. Save your money order from anywhere else! These people don't care about customer service or losing business!!! So sad...40+ years of loyalty, and they don't care

I've been going here for so many years and I finally came back for Thanksgiving to see my family and brought my kids with me to check out the vibe, they loved the food and said this is the best they ever had.

Been going there for 25 years, never again. How can they sell a pizza that the cheese and the crust are burnt. You tell me they didn't see the pizza was like that or they just don't care.

Beware of the young phone girl, she was downright lazy and irresponsible. I gave her my address, she repeated it and then wrote it down incorrectly. I gave her my two ingredient pizza order, she repeated it and then placed an incorrect order. She was also signed in as the manager because when I called back to complain to management, management's name was on my ticket. The driver had to call me twice, once to get my real address and then another time because he was unable to use my intercom system. The manager gave me a credit for another pizza, time will tell if that's valid. Wow...

Well I think we finally have to find a new pizza place. The last several times the service has been very slow but the food was always fresh and hot upon pickup so we kept going back. Unfortunately, tonight sealed the deal. My husband placed an online order at 5:47 pm and our food was still not ready over 75 minutes later. When he got there all he was told was that it wasn't ready yet. After waiting for 20 minutes, he asked the staff what was going on and he was told that they were still waiting on one of the pizzas. The business manager on here likes to say that customers should bring things to their attention right away so that they can address the problem immediately. Yet when my husband, nicely, tried to talk to staff they were abrupt, rude, and made him feel like he was annoying them.He finally got home with the food 90 minutes after placing the order and 2/3rd of the food was cold. They must've not thrown the second pizza in until after my husband showed up for pickup. One of the pizzas and the mozzarella sticks were cold and the other one (that they most likely forgot) was hot.
