Gyro Cheese Fries. Very, very good. Traditional cucumber sauce, green salad with tomato. Yummy !

The cashiers were cussing the customer out about him complaining about waiting for an hour for food, told him go to Harold's and Captain Hooks. Very unprofessional and everyone could hear them on the microphones. Instead of explaining to customer about wait time they chose to cuss him out verbally where everyone could hear, if you can't be professional and courteous don't hire young people to work in your establishment.

I had high hopes. The service was horrible. They didn't have a menu nor lemonade available. I asked them how could they not have lemonade, it's literally in the name of the restaurant "Steak and Lemonade" their answer was they didn't "feel like making it today..." what kind of answer is that? I proceeded to ask them about their side items. They didn't know nor have a menu to show me. I ended up ordering Mozzarella sticks. They came with 3 sticks and a ton of soggy fries. They even have cold to the touch marinara sauce. Who eats marinara sauce cold? Lately, the floors were dirty. No where to sit. Overall terrible experience. Will not be back.

For the price you'll get edible and sometimes very enjoyable food. Play it safe and stick with things like boneless wings, pizza puffs, all that.I don't recommend trying anything too new like subs. Still good for the price, especially delivery.

Well, this is your typical fast food joint. They offer a mirage of quick food items so they basically offer something for everyone in your party. When you walk in they greet you right away but it is that quick hello and hurry up and tell them what you want kind of hello. I have come here often but this is my first review. I always order the Chicken Philly because they make it fresh for you and the food is never sitting there waiting to be served. The fries are also always hot and fresh and they offer you mild sauce on them without an extra charge if that is your style. The sit in area leaves a lot to be desired, as the high bar chairs are not in good condition and are basically uncomfortable to sit in. I think this is on purpose so you don't sit in there. They offer many choices for frozen lemonades and drinks. If you have a taste for a quick bite and you are in the area, then try them out.

I called to place an order on DoorDash and unfortunately on the app it does not allow you to customize your order. I called the store and the childish girl kept answering the phone and hanging up on me! After the 7th attempt to call the store to customize my order, I eventually cancelled the order because she picked up and placed me on hold and now this store had to lose money because they have lazy workers who want to play games with the phone! People who do not like working with the public should find another way to make money that doesn't involves consistent flow of people at a time!

Zero stars!This location is nasty and extremely ghetto. After purchasing food from here on 3/2/2024 I instantly started feeling sick to my stomach and dizzie. I didn't instantly think it was due to the food initially. After a hour I started to throw up. The next day I went to urgent care to find out I had food poisoning.Once finding this out, I called to the location. A black young lady answered the phone and wouldn't give clear detail of who the manager or supervisor was or a time I could speak with them. She put me on hold and never came back to the phone and I was hung up on.When I called back I spoke to a Spanish young lady that instantly hung up on me.They are not giving clear instructions on who the supervisor is or manager. They don't take your name nor number for a returned call.It goes without saying this is an extremely unprofessional location and ran poorly.APPROACH AT YOUR OWN RISK!We will be pursuing this further...

They putting Lettuce and tomato's on a damn Philly cheesesteak. Sandwich look like somebody shit on a soggy piece of bread. Lettuce half the sandwich.
