"Excellent addition to the neighborhood! Inside it's so elevated and beautiful! The decor and vibes are 100%. We had amazing cocktails, delish fries, and an amazing piece of pie for dessert. My husband and I already had dinner elsewhere but we are already planning to come back to try their burger! The hospitality from all the staff inside was top notch. They are all so kind and helpful. The space is on the smaller side, so make sure to make a reservation on their website or Tock."
"This was our breakfast spot. Cozy midsize Resturant and bar located in the Loews hotel. No wait time during the week or Saturday. Avocado toast without kale or egg. I was glad I was able to order it to my liking. One morning it was served with everything but the bagel seasoning. Steak top with chimichurri, potatoes and eggs with side toast. Coffee cup was never empty. Edwin was very attentive on our first day. Young lady with peace on her name tag was also attentive."

Lived in LA where my go-to's were Sasabune and Nozawa and in New York where I loved Yoshino. So real deal Holyfield type fish.Imagine my surprise when I found this hidden gem in Lincolnshire. Yes, there are some hidden suburban trappings (slightly loud music, strip mall location) but THIS is the best, freshest nigiri in all of Chicago. We had the chutoro, Ikura (salmon roe), fluke, yellowtail, uni (fresher than fresh that night), and a few other items. All were very good but the nigiri really stole the night. As well, served with fresh wasabi, not horseradish.Total tab was ~$260 for two of us (two bottles of sake as well - Nigori and Junmai). If you compare that to a typical suburban sushi restaurant, that may seem pricey but compared to the other restaurants I mentioned (and Good Sushi's nigiri stands toe to toe), it's a bargain. We will be back, likely weekly. It's in our rotation and if you're into real sushi, I couldn't recommend anymore. Go. Just go. Sit at the bar, order a kirin. Order a junmai and let the itamae do his thing. You won't be sorry."
"Cute place to grab dinner. Came on a Saturday evening with some girlfriends. Reservation was made in advance for our party of three. Paid parking located on North. Started out with a shot of Mamajuana which is a spiced alcoholic beverage made by infusing a mixture of rum, red wine, and honey with tree bark and herbs. Thanks for the birthday shot!!! Remind me of my trip to Punta Cana. For drinks we ordered three very different cocktails. I had the passion fruit caprihina which was good. The best cocktail was the Pina Colada. It was a very refreshing take on a drink I usually associate with the pool. The good here is served family style tapas and available in small, medium or large. I enjoyed the jerk chicken and the oxtail special. All in all a cute spot. Left slightly hungry which always happens with tapas."
"Cute place to hang out for a quick bite before a movie at the Webster theater. This was our first time stopping in here as we had some time to kill before the movie. We were going to see Oppenheimer and based on the time, it would have been too late for The Doctor and my BFF to eat, so we decided to stop in here.Honestly, at first glance there is nothing that pulls one in to explore. I have gone to the Webster theater a lot and actually park on the side street where the restaurant is, but never felt a pull to check out the place. I am so glad that I did. The interior is very British pub looking. Based on some of the photos on the wall, you can see that they did some work to give the décor that feel of being in a pub. I was very happy to see that they had bubbles on the wine list. We got a bottle of sparkling rose prosecco. This alone will get me back in the joint as I love a good sparkling rose. This one has a hint of violet in it and is dry. I decided to start with the Ploughman's Plate (British Charcuterie). This consisted of several cheese and meat selections, Branston pickles, a pickled egg and crostinis. I laughed when I saw the menu calling this a British version of charcuterie because typically these platters focus very heavy on the bread, cheese and pickles, maybe throwing in some ham. This plate did have meat though. Overall this was a good dish, but I was not a fan of the crostini and asked for regular bread. The pickled egg was very good and it would have been nice to have a second one as part of the presentation, just something to think about. For our main course we got the Albion Burger (Beef Patty, Arugula, Bacon Jam, Garlic Aioli, Smoked Gouda). The bacon jam was a nice touch as it added a little of sweetness against the meat and cheese. The burger itself was good, not overcooked, with fries. I saw that there was Shepherd's pie on the menu that I would like to go and try. I love that dish but oddly enough, not many places do it justice. So I am always on the hunt for a good one.Service was good as we sat at the bar. The bartender took good care of us and got us out in time to walk across the street to get to our movie on time. This joint will definitely be on our radar as a place to hang when we come to The Webster for movies."
"Great vibe, great music, great service ... just don't get the avocado toast lol. I mean it was good, but at least the other picture someone posted looks like sourdough bread ... mine feels like a slice of wonderbread. Everyone else's food looked good though, they kept the mimosas coming, no complaints on any of that. I mean, maybe two slices of bread? I'd still go back, I'd just order something else"
"I haven't gotten to try Medi yet, but was excited to see the old Hush place be renovated into yet another Mediterranean restaurant in Chicago. To be honest, I'm not sure how well this restaurant will do compared to Lyra or Aba, but considering it's in a totally different area there is some potential! Service was great and decor was nice and club-esque with some classiness to it. There was supposed to be a live performance after our dinner (Friday around 7pm), but we didn't want to wait long for it. I got the tough love cocktail to start; however, this wasn't what I imagined - it was much more on the sweeter side with little spice. We started with the hummus, and this was delicious with the warm pita. DI loved the crispy chickpeas that garnished the dish. My friend and I also shared the fattoush, which was a nice refreshing salad, and the steak frites. The steak frites was super small, but it was deliciously cooked and the Lebanese potatoes were so tasty. The price was expected for an upscale city restaurant. I would recommend trying this spot out for a cute night out, to see the live performance maybe, or a for a swanky date night!"
"If you are in the mood for some tasty eats and light drinks, then this is your place. My party of three ventured her after grabbing cocktails at a nearby bar. I am glad we did because the cocktails at this place are a little pricy. The food was amazing! We order the La manche pasta, octopus, fish, scallops, and steak. Everything was delicious, although I was a little disappointed with the scallops. You paid almost $30 for 3 scallops and some lettuce on a plate. If you are hungry or sharing with more than 3 people, do not get this dish! I would go back for the grilled octopus. It was my favorite."
"Rosebud has a few locations throughout Chicago. They are synonymous with good Italian food. When I saw that a Rosebud opened a new location since my last trip, right on Randolph/Michigan, next to Millennium Park, I knew my group had to go. No surprise, the food was flavorful and tasty, they tend to do Italian right. I had the Gnocchi alla Vodka which was perfectly prepared. Don't be surprised, the portion sizes are ALWAYS bigger than expected. I like Rosebud, this location is open with good lighting. We sat on the second floor which afforded a great view of Millennium Park."
"Came here for a yummy Mexican dinner and this place had lots of variety to try and was a fun ambiance! If you are looking for tacos this is a great spot! We came with a group of 7 for and ended up ordering:* queso with chorizo - these was cheesy goodness and the saltiness of the meat complimented the dish perfectly. This also came with tortillas which was awesome!* queso with mushrooms - this felt lighter than the chorizo order but I really loved this also. The queso was on point and delicious!* Al pastor taco - this was a bit on the oily side but the meat was flavorful and well seasoned* crispy shrimp taco - this was very yummy and I loved how the shrimp was well fried and the batter was not too thick!I also tried my friends crispy fish taco which was yummy, and the salsas were delicious also! Overall an awesome experience with great service!"
"Finally got a chance to check this place out. I had planned to do takeout, and when I online to place my order, each item was $2 more than what was on their online menu. I decided to call it in, the woman was really nice, but it was still the same price. These restaurants really have to start updated their online menus. It's one of biggest pet peeves in the food industry. Anywho, I placed an order of their Spring Rolls, Saigon Pho and Slap Yo Mama Crab Fried Rice. The spring rolls came with shrimp, pork, rice noodle, lettuce, herbs and served with a side of peanut sauce and crushed peanuts. These were actually really good and refreshing. A very light way to start a meal. The Saigon Pho I felt could have used more flavor. I only tried a little bit; but haven't really been a big fan of taking out Pho or Ramen. Like to eat that stuff inside the restaurant. Felt like they could have given us more Hoisin sauce to add to the pho. It was served with grilled brisket, flank steak, cilantro, holy basil, and bean sprouts in a beef bone marrow broth. I'm a sucker for rice and knew I had to order the Slap Yo Mama Crab Fried Rice. While it's certainly on the pricey side, they definitely don't skimp out on the crab meat. This was also served with shrimp, green onion, egg yolk, butter garlic sauce, masago, cilantro and scallions. The slap to mama seasoning really went well with the rice and the shrimp and crab. This dish was delicious and would definitely considering ordering this again, but I will most likely dine in next time."
"Convinced my book club to come to this bar however they were skeptical due to the lack of signage out front. We came in on a quiet Thursday night and Marisa and Enrique were very approachable and knowledgeable. I have been here serval times and always enjoy staring at the fish tank but I miss the big fish, they too had character."

Oliver's in the south loop is a gem.I ate at Oliver's this weekend. It's on Wabash in the south loop. It was delicious. Every dish was a hit. They are still finishing up the restaurant, but we didn't care. They nailed all their dishes. Their gnocchi was pillowy and amazing.Their bread grilled in beef fat was spectacular.Their chicken was moist and juicy. The key lime pie was one of the best I've ever had. They have a really top notch chef and same with their mixologist (he was at Scofflaw). We spent time talking to the owner as well. Such a nice person. He exited a couple software companies and decided he wanted a passion project. Well, you can sense his passion throughout the entire place. I can't wait to go back.At the end we asked for an espresso martini to split amongst the four of us as we wanted to taste it. Instead of bringing us one cocktail he had it split into four cute tiny glasses. We didn't ask for that. They really nailed everything. It's a little on the pricey side, but it doesn't feel any more expensive than most good restaurants these days.Only change I would make would be perhaps to either cook the onions on the burger a little longer or perhaps don't put them on. Pretty minor critique.Excited to go back.

This review is only for the bar which is located in the lobby of the Loews. Atmosphere is great but can get loud. Service attentive. They make a great Manhattan. I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious the burger was.

This has to be one of the best Sushi Restaurants I've been to in the Chicago area. Their selection isn't huge like you find in some, but everything is top notch in quality, freshness, and taste. I expected more of a traditional looking Japanese restaurant but they are very modern and spare in their design. It is actually quite nice.We were greeted immediately. The service was truly outstanding. The waiter was extremely attentive; he took time to explain everything on the menu - and the choice was very difficult to make. We ordered a couple of drinks and their asparagus beef roll. They were out of asparagus so substituted Chinese broccoli, which worked very well in the dish. For our meal, we had tuna, salmon, and rainbow maki rolls, and two pieces of red snapper Negeri. The portions are very generous. The pieces of snapper were very large compared to other places I've had negeri. I can't pick out any one dish I preferred over any others - they were all delicious and beautifully presented. It was nice sitting at the sushi counter. We arrived early - around 6 PM, and the seats immediately in front of the chef were open. He was kind, and answered several questions we had. The show was marvelous.I highly recommend Good Sushi in Lincolnshire. Even if you have to go miles out of your way, it is that good. Thanks to the staff for a great time and a terrific meal.

Honestly, I loved everything that I got from here. The pan latin flavors and quaint eating space make this a unique and must-try restaurant in Chicago. The stand-out dish we got was definitely the pulpo a la plancha (octopus). Now I'm not one that typically enjoys octopus, as it can easily be overcooked and become rubbery. But this octopus was cooked perfectly. It melted in your mouth. The other dishes we got were also very good and extremely flavorful. We got the empanadas and plantains, which are both great vegetarian options. We also tried the jerk pollo which was cooked perfectly. The chicken was not dry at all, though I wouldn't say it tasted like jerk seasoning (maybe more bbq?). To end the night, we tried the espresso tres leches at our waiters recommendation. The cake itself was not as soft as I would have expected. But the flavor combination was exquisite with the abuelita chocolate on the bottom. Pro tip: take home the espresso tres leches and heat it up! It gets nice and soft and soaks up all the chocolate at the bottom... so good!

Might just be my new favorite spot to watch football (soccer)! Absolutely gorgeous interior with plenty of TVs and great food and drink. The biscuits and gravy were the perfect breakfast while watching my team narrowly win. Paul and the other bartending staff are awesome, attentive, and fun to talk to. The TouchTunes kicks on after the matches finish and contributes to an awesome enviroment. Massive fan of here and can't wait to come back!

Came here for a girls day brunch and it did not disappoint! We got there fairly early and after about 20 minutes it started to get really busy. A few of us had the bottomless mimosas and the rest had the margarita flights. Both were really good. Our server was attentive and did a great job of explaining everything since it was our first time. Food came out and it was really good! We had chilaquiles, chicken and waffles - I would recommend both! Once our brunch time was done a few of us stayed at the bar. Johnny was AMAZING. Very attentive even though the bar was really busy. Drinks were good, music was good and the vibe was perfect for a Sunday brunch. Would recommend and planning to go again.

Mya is one of the SEXIEST restaurants I have visited in Chicago. Recently opened this past October, this NEW, modern Mediterranean restaurant in Rivernorth is definitely an experience, with their FIRE DANCERS, speciality cocktails and BEAUTIFUL decor!Eats I tried:Baba Ghanoush Potato BorakGrilled Octous BBQed Half Chicken Biryani Ora King SalmonRicotta Fritter Drinks I tried:Smoke Show - made with Mezcal!Apple of my Eye - includes Basil Hayden & Apple SyrupI can't even pick a dish that was my favorite because everything was so full of flavor! I'm such a fan of Mediterranean food and the flavor composition of these dishes were just awesome. The presentation of the dishes as well were top-notch! The skin on the salmon was cooked so crispy, and the meat was so soft; it melted in your mouth! The potato borak was excellent -fried dough full of seasoned mashed potatoes! I LOVED THE DRINKS! They were very well made and creative and they have quite a few specialty cocktails to try! You also didn't have to worry about missing out on entertainment, because the fire dancer came out about every 30 minutes or so; she also switched up and danced with scarves! Definitely a Mediterranean experience!Perfect for a date night or girls night out - make a reservation and experience Mya yourself!

We stopped by here Saturday evening at 745. I made a resy because this area is always busy. We requested the main dining area, but it was so nice outside that we requested an outside table, and we were able to be accommodated fairly quickly. We ordered the Ceasar salad, filet, oyster, & the short rib dinner. We had a variety of drinks too that were good as well. We received our food quickly. Everything was fresh and hot, too. Our server was pretty attentive. The vibe and ambiance was very chill and relaxed. I enjoyed myself, and I'd definitely return. The menu isn't that exciting, but the food was GOOD!
Visit Restaurant Page"A definite must when in Chicago.Stopped in for a couple drinks and small bites. Both were amazing of course. Very upscale, reservations required.Perfect for a date night or special occasion. Can't wait to be back in town and have another round."
"Such a gorgeous restaurant but incredibly mediocre food. The steak was under seasoned but cooked ok, the dipping sauce it came with was delicious. The potatoes were probably my favorite dish. The fries were just ok and the wings could have had more seasoning as well. The manager came out to tell us the kitchen was backed up which explained why it took a while to get our food but they ended up giving us free fries and didn't up charge for my friends truffle fries. Service was also ok as well, our main server got less friendly throughout the night but I would still say service was fine. Overall don't think I would come back but it was a fun place to try."
"Saturday brunch at AceBounce is the place to be! Lemme telllll you - I cane here and definitely had a ball. Brunch here is not your standard boring get drunk off bottomless and go home. Nope! Here, you can get drunk, while eating all you can eat, playing ping pong and singing karaoke. Now you don't have to do it all at once (but if you do, that's your business. Mmmkay!) Food: I would rate the food a 8/10 but what can you expect when they're dishing out massive amounts of food to feed adults while they're drinking? It's such a large variety of food so if you don't care for something, trust there is something else that will satisfy your stomach needs. They also serve Bellinis, mimosas and bloody Mary's unlimited and refill your cup for you. There's even a cute Bloody Mary station to build your own! Service/ staff: top tier. I pray Christee reads this because sis did get thaaaang to make sure my girls and I were out of our seats. AceBounce wants you to be active and engage and meet new people. Like don't come to look cute (but again if you do that's your business). I would say come to have fun and show someone a good time! There's no doubt about it that I'll be returning with a larger group of people. $60/pp is well worth it."
"Updating my review because I GOT MARRIED AT RIVER ROAST! I want to shout out the amazing event team and event space, that only made my love for the restaurant stronger. 7 years ago when I moved to Chicago, I was nowhere close to getting married, but I saw River Roast's event space from a boat tour and said "now THAT would be a dream wedding venue." I'm still blown away that I actually made this dream come true! We booked River Roast in Dec 2022 for our April 2024 wedding after touring about 20 venues. We chose based on River Roast's location, amazing food, close to all-inclusive packaging, and dynamic pricing for the off-season. And OBVIOUSLY for the gorgeous patio space!! We had a great initial tour with a staff member who is no longer there, and our account was transferred to Jessica after we booked who was then our main contact. Jessica was so great!! She checked in often in the downtime before we really needed to start planning, and then was totally on top of things as we got closer. She knew all the details that other couples cared about or forgot and always made sure nothing was overlooked. When some floor plan things needed changing after our rehearsal, she got everything fixed right away so it was ready to go when we arrived on the wedding day. Jessica also went above and beyond, letting us store some things at her desk to minimize stress on the wedding day. The food on our wedding day was PERFECT and even better than our tasting. We had a guest with extremely severe allergies, and Jessica personally worked with him to make sure he could eat. And it wasn't just a bland plate - they brought him every side dish and even late night snacks tailored to his needs. We loved the menu options, and how we could have unique options like tuna tartar on wonton chips, but could still offer a classic steak and potatoes for the grandparents with less adventurous tastes. Several guests said the chicken was the best wedding chicken they've ever had. We could not have asked for a better venue. We were lucky to have a perfect April weather day and the patio was gorgeous. We had lots of out of town guests who loved being downtown on the river. Our photos are amazing. The River Roast team and event space truly made our dream wedding come true, and I'll be talking about it forever."
"Cool vibe! Very well decorated! We had a party of 6, and our table was very small. Service was okay. It took awhile for drinks to come out. I had the king cake colada drink. This was good! I had the banana foster martini for desert and this was wonderful! For dinner we started with the cod nuggets and I would get these again and again! These were perfection and had a spicy mayo dipping sauce! For my main I had the jambalaya with shrimp. This was fine. It had a strong Cajun flavor and the whole dish just tasted like that. My favorite part was heading downstairs to the speakeasy. A wonderful vibe with the same drinks as upstairs! I would get rid of the tarot card reader, it was 20 seconds and more funny than helpful!"
"This place is super fun and very affordable. You order up front and sit in the back. They bring you your food/drinks when they are ready but it's a super casual vibe. The food was great and the drinks were strong. The restaurant is based off the owners dog and we got to meet her which is so fun!"
"Pretty good date spot! They have a really nice selection of wines and the food looks pretty good even though I didn't have any. From the others sitting next to me, I was very tempted to order. One downside to it is that it was pretty dark inside. They kind of gave off hookah bar vibes. I sat at the bar and the bartender seemed nice a little quiet though."
"My friend and I went here the other day and we really enjoyed the service and atmosphere. The food was delicious and drinks were super yummy!! I loved the decor and had a really good time! We will return again!"
"The low down on the hi lo. The bar has a great atmosphere, with delicious drinks. The staff is very friendly, and helpful with drink suggestions. The bar at the entry is small, but I see there was another larger room in the back."
"Arun's has been around for a long time, and I was excited to finally check this place out! They offer a prix-fixe as well as an a la carte menu, including vegan options and a special takeout menu.We opted for the a la carte, so that we could pick-and-choose and obtain a variety. We started off with:+Crab Eggrolls - filled with blue crab meat, glass noodles, and shredded carrots and cabbage; served with a sweet and sour sauce; these were not that great, and were a forgettable app+Crab Rangoon - filled with blue crab meat, cream cheese, celery, and water chestnuts; served with a sweet and sour sauce; this had a generous amount of crab in them, so it was a pleasant surprise; however, the filling itself just didn't taste good and probably not for those who are 'purists' with crab rangoons+Fried Tofu - golden-fried organic tofu with a sweet and sour sauce; the tofu seemed to have been overfried, as the skin was just too tough and difficult to chewFor our entrees, we tried:+Phad See Ewe - wok-tossed wide noodles with Chinese broccoli and a house savory soy sauce; you can opt for organic chicken, beef, or jumbo shrimp, and we opted for beef; we were extremely disappointed, as the menu clearly states that Chinese broccoli was used, but it was not+Phad Thai - rice noodles with egg, bean sprouts, garlic chives, tofu bits, and shallots, wrapped in an egg omelet sheet; you can opt for organic chicken, jumbo shrimp, or add a grilled Alaskan king crab leg; we opted for the king crab, and there was a cracked portion of the leg, situated on top of the noodles; the noodles were a little dry and probably needed more sauce+Eggplant Basil - stir-fried eggplant with crushed garlic, cilantro, chili, Thai basil, and fermented soybeans; you can opt to add tofu, veggies, organic chicken, shrimp, or beef; we didn't go for any of the protein; this dish was okay, as the eggplant could have been more crispy, as they were more on the soggy category+Roasted Duck Red Curry - red curry with roasted duck, pineapple, sweet basil, kaffir-lime leaves, and cherry tomatoes; note that this is more on the sweeter side; the duck didn't seem to be prepared or cooked well and was unenjoyable+Massuman Curry - beef curry with sweet onions and potatoes, served with jasmine rice; we weren't fans of the beef in there+and, Shoo Shee Salmon - grilled salmon in a coconut-curry sauce, prepared with kaffir limes, sweet basil leaves, and young peppercorns; served with jasmine rice; the salmon was a little overcooked, and the curry itself was thin in consistencyOverall, we left disappointed, considering how long this restaurant has been around, we maybe had higher expectations?Service was fine. The interior of the place is a similar set up as other Thai restaurants, but slightly with an upscale vibe.Street parking can be found in the area.+inaccurate dish descriptions+okay service+street parking available"
"Churros in melted thick rich hot chocolate with a hint of Nutella. Are you kidding me? $9 for a single order pricy? Yes. It is however cheaper compared to a plane fare to Madrid, Australia's Gold Coast or Manila. The 3 places I've had Churros with melted chocolate. Madrid being the first and the best. Cubaneos version however comes in a really close second. So yes it's worth it!"
"This place is so cute! Been wanting to go for awhile and finally got the chance to hit it up.Our server was great! I think she also was our server at Indienne! But so knowledgeable and attentive! The food was DELICIOUS! Everything we ordered was so flavorful! And we loved the vibe."
"Loved everything about our meal here, except our waiter. He never came back to the table and offered to get refills, and seemed like he was only there to take the order, as another gentleman delivered our food. Aside from that we really loved the open-space feel and chill vibes. The musician was stellar on the day we were there (wish I'd gotten his name). Ordered a Caesar salad and added shrimp to the salad and I REGRET NOTHING! The salad was FANTASTIC! Would I go back? For sure! Would I actually know where to park this time--also yes!"
"I'm a little sad I didn't visit Estrella Negra before this spring! I've been missing out. This is a great little neighborhood spot with fresh flavors and a well designed menu. We tried a range of items including salsas, flautas, and a soup. The cocktails were also really fresh and flavorful. I'll definitely be back. The flautas in particular were fantastic and the salsas were so fresh and bright. Service was solid. No wait when we arrived for an early dinner on a weeknight but it filled up quickly."
"It's been awhile since I've been here (about 5 years) but today we tried it again and I have to say, it was really really delicious! Service was great and Alberto was an excellent server. He was friendly, explained the dishes, and offered to make some drinks spicy and provided any other special requests we asked for. Kudos to Alberto as he really made our night! We started with a house rita, watermelon margarita, and a mango margarita and they were potent, flavorful and really had a punch. I didn't think they were as expensive as what some other reviewers mentioned, but yeah they were up there, sure ($16) but we thought they were well worth the cost that we got that we ordered another round LOL. For appetizer we ordered the Taquitos which came with a small serving of quacamole in the center. Delish! Entrees: carne asada with Chile Relleno was fantastic! Friends got the steak enchiladas which were delish and also the taco dinner; of course we taste each others food, and yes they too were good!!Desert was also really really good. The standout were the churros, wow probably the best we've ever had and that's saying something! The other desert was the chocolate lava cake. It too was delish but was overshadowed by the deliciousness of the churros. We will def be back but this time we won't wait another 5 years. You should go!"
"great options for people with celiac disease, the nacho sauce they are known for making is legendary even if you're not vegan"
"You know you found "the one" when you can come inside, order some drinks, have a cool conversation with the staff, listen to some good tunes, and stumble home. The Charleston offers all those great features. The best part is, there's plenty of barstools or tables if you choose to go that route. The Manhattan was made perfectly, and the wine by the glass options where great."
"This place has become a new favorite for me. The French Onion Grilled Cheese is unreal. I can't believe how good it is. Perfect for one hungry person or shareable with another person. I also loved the grilled eggplant dip from their menu. The cocktail menu offers options for everybody and these are winners as well. If you are looking for good drinks and delicious food in a relaxed atmosphere, this place is perfect for you."
"I'm not sure how I never made it here but I'll definitely seek it out again especially on a chilly winter evening. It's a classic pub where the mixed drinks are absolutely wonderful. I walked in wanting a beer but walked out happy to have indulged in their specialities. There is a long bar extension to sit in with a few booths reserved for 4 or more (which we had). It's a dark atmosphere but those are nice sometimes. The guys working the place were awesome both in service and suggestions."
"Great place in Schaumburg. I was impressed with the setting and ambience. The appetizers were delicious, wood fire pizza spot on , chewy tender texture with the perfect wood fired crust all around.Drinks: enjoyed a limoncelllo martini. They make their own house limoncello so this was a treat. Well made and flavorful .Their Paloma was deliciously executed: flavorful , boozey and garnished with a tajin rim. Outside setting was lovely on a perfect night. Will come again when I'm back in Schaumburg. Service was attentive friendly and fun."
"When you're featured on Food Networks Diner, Drive Ins and Dives AND named Chicagos most Iconic Burger by Eater magazine- you gotta be doing something right and DMK has definitely made their presence known in the Burger world! To go along with their great food, DMK Burger Bar also features trivia night, happy hour, football game-day specials and more!I loved how soft and fresh the Artisan buns were for the burgers. I was literally in awe of them The chili rubbed onion strings are like the Auntie of regular onion rings- they're an upgraded version, with the perfect blend of seasonings! My friend/neice tried the Sunrise burger while I had the turkey burger with a fried egg and avocado added - extremely good seasoning and flavor on them and they have so many craft burgers that you can choose from. However, I gotta put the spotlight on the apple pie shake! It's their shake of the month and it's beyond delicious! It has pie pieces inside of it!! Now with ANY OF THEIR SHAKES - YOU CAN MAKE IT BOOZY AND ADD A SHOT OF WHATEVER YOU WANT! I added a shot of bourbon to mine and it was soooooo good!I'm definite going back bc I want that chicken sandwich next...... and another boozy shake!"
"Came by for dinner after rock climbing during a weekday. I ordered the Fried Shrimp Po' Boy, which was loaded up with fried shrimp. I liked the remoulade sauce and the cut of their fries. The service was super friendly. The food my friends ordered all looked amazing, so I'll definitely be back when I want a taste of cajun country. I've never had fried alligator, but it's on the menu and I'm intrigued."
"Went here to watch the March Madness championship with some friends from out of town. It's a great environment to watch sports with lots of TVs. It wasn't as busy as I thought it would be for a championship game, probably because they're not open Mondays, but made an exception for the game. Since my friend's were visiting from DC, I made sure we ordered the Italian Beef Egg Rolls, to give them a little taste of Chicago. They were delicious and I would come back just for those! It's definitely a cool experience being here for a huge game. Our service was a little slow but we still had a good time and enjoyed our night!"
