Came here visiting from Miami and had a great experience. Angelo quickly assisted us (party of four) and was friendly and professional. The food came out quickly and was delicious. Too good to wait to take pictures (sorry). Overall it was a great experience. I'm a sucker for excellent customer service and of course delicious food. I will definitely make an effort to revisit when I return to Chicago. Friendly staff. Delicious food made fast. 5 STRONG STARS

Chicagooooooooo. Why haven't more people been heeeeere. 1. The owners are super awesome and nice and that alone means you should visit. 2. If you're looking for an awesome burger in a nice looking burger joint, this is IT. Get the Loop burger and thank me later because it's one of the most memorable burgers you're ever gonna eat. I mean EVER. Like breakfast on a burger that Caramelizes and melts in your mouth and you don't want to stop eating ever. THAT yummy. 3. The sides. Get the sidesssss. And I haven't even talked about how delish the chicken sandwiches are. You can tell how fresh everything is with just the first bite. Like FRESH. Be sure to stop in stat because if not, you're missing out hard core.

This is a revisit to see if I was too harsh on my last review. The initial review was not bad really and focused more on the cost than the food.I visited yesterday as they recently added wings to their menu and I am a sucker for a good wing. I was surprised that they do not coat the wings in your flavor choice. The wings are delivered naked with a side of sauce. Odd. NoBleu cheese dressing, only ranch. Booo.The wings were really good. Done properly and juicy, but the fact that four wings for $10 and there is still work to be done. Pass. The burger was really good, can't complain and the waffle fries were fried nicely and not a soggy one in the batch. I'm sorry though, you are at Foster and Elston, not downtown, Edison Park or Park Ridge; $34.00 for 4 wings, a burger with fried (a la carte) and a bottle of Coke is just outrageous. Bring your prices down, your overhead isn't great or are staffing rates, and maybe you'll survive.

WOWOWOWOWOWOWOWOW! I saw the owner on a news segment talking about his new fast food restaurant that was definitely NOT your normal fast food. I took down the name and went there today. (It's the old Mother Cluckers.) When we walked in, it was definitely hopping, so that is a good sign. The atmosphere was pleasant, sports-themed, and clean.The owner, Angelo, was so freakin' nice! Extremely personable and so talkative. It felt more like being welcomed into his home, than his business.After scanning the menu, we finally ordered the panko-covered calamari fries (OMG! TO DIE FOR), a "Red Line" sandwich (I had the chicken breast so JUICY), and a "Green Line" Burger was also purchased (minus mayo). Also, an order of cheese-covered waffle fries.Thoughts: The panko deep-fried calamari (or octopus) fries were flavorful, with the perfect amount of crisp, and not tough or overcooked!! The side sauce was a delish honey/mustard and it was perfectly created. The chicken "Red Line" sandwich had pickled red onions, spicy feta cheese (not too spicy), and arugula on a potato bun. I rarely eat a full burger, usually half it, and bring the rest home. NOT TODAY! Ate that whole delicious and juicy chicken sandwich--one of the BEST sandwiches I have ever had. The "Green Line" burger, also on a potato bun, and I was told (it was not mine), was excellent and something dreams were made of. The hamburger meat was cooked perfectly and I was told had a solid A+ taste without being too salty.We were both so full we did not think that we could eat the waffle fries with cheese. WARNING: The waffle fries are addicting. Even though both of us were stuffed, we still managed to gobble them down. We both kept saying how fantastic the fries were, too. The cheese sauce on them was delicious. The value of what we received for what we paid, was nothing less than impressive, and I am a tough audience. The food ordered was SO fresh tasting & the meat was so juicy!! Truly a positive experience. FOR FOOD ALLERGY SUFFERERS: Top 10 allergen sesame seed, NOT on the buns! No tree nuts either. Anaphylaxis community, always ask!

Tried this place for the first time tonight. While there were some misses, it generally was good! I think the problem is that they do not season their beef enough. My dad got an Italian beef which barely had any Italian spices on it. My Brown line burger was ok, but I was expecting more out of the beef. However, my mom got the Brown Line, but with a filled chicken patty. That was better even though it had the same toppings. I think we are going for the chicken sandwiches next time. The Merkts Cheese fries and the garlic cheese curds were excellent. This place is also a little expensive, but that's what it is. I thought the food was generally worth it so it wasn't a dealbreaker for me. Chicken sandwiches for me going forward!

The ambience is nice and simple. Tables along the wall. The same as when Mother Kluckers was there. The staff is very nice. The food is ok. Especially for the price. I read the reviews here on Yelp and on Google review and this place received excellent ratings, so I was really looking forward to trying this place. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations. I ordered the Blue Line Burger, it came with blue cheese, balsamic onion jam, and one (tiny) leaf lettuce. This burger was good but not great or anything to rave about. My burger was not juicy it was almost well done. One leaf of lettuce, might as well not even put it on the burger because you can't even taste it or find it, it was so small. We ordered a side of waffle fries with cheese. They were ok. Again nothing extravagance. Just an FYI The blue line burger does not come with any sides. The burger in MY OPINION is not worth the price. I have had way better where I would not hesitate to pay $11.88. But, one not so great experience, will not prevent me in going back and trying there other burgers. Most likely next time I'll just try their regular Burger option and hopefully I'll have a better experience. For I'm hoping it will be. Till next time Foodies!

This is a great neighborhood gem! Let me start off by saying it was our first time and the owner explained all about the different menu items. That was a nice touch. The ambiance in my humble opinion was super cool! I loved the "L" train line was amazing! From the decor to the different burgers that are based on some of the different L lines in Chicago was super fun! It really made me want to try each line! The garlic cheese curds were bomb! Seriously. Get the curds. The waffles fries were also delicious. The Green Line burger was a nice combination of flavors. When some places say avocado they don't put a lot. Here- there is a nice amount of avocado! The Red Line burger was nice- though when I order again I will try a different line but with the chicken. I recommend this place for someone who wants a great burger and delicious cheese curds with a super fun Chicago theme!

This is a nice new neighborhood spot that recently opened up in our area. We have come a few times now and have not been disappointed once. Whether it's a quick pick up of just a classic burger and fries, or going all out with a green line burger, Mac& cheese bites, spicy cauliflower and garlic cheese curds, you can't go wrong! Service is good and the owner is really nice.

The service at BustOuts is excellent! The staff is polite and attentive, going above and beyond to provide a wonderful eating experience. If you decide to visit this restaurant make sure you try the pickle fries and cheese curds they are always fantastic!

Burger was extremely greasy, the bottom bun started breaking apart due to sogginess. Washroom was unfortunately very dirty and there was no toilet paper/ paper towels
