Came down on a Saturday and walked on in. Servers were quick and friendly. Food was pretty damn good. The scene was full of families just enjoying their meals. And the price wasn't too awful bad at all, considering how fast I was seated, and how quick my meal came out. Good little place to take your family if you want a good breakfast and a comfy place to plan the rest of your daily adventure.

Oy vey, my lumbago was acting up and the waiter was not attentive to my myriad lists of needs for computing the folic acid content of the persimmon pie slice on the menu. Also, while there, I saw some people praying at their tables and I found this highly offensive.... To this point, what greater compliment could be paid an establishment than multiple critical reviews, left by an unhappy and perhaps latency stage fixated birthing object from Deerfield, IL, in whose cerebral cortex this fine establishment apparently lives "rent free" as my psychobabbling therapist describes my fascination with Camille St. Saens and Cecile Licad? Confused? See the review preceeding chronologic review below this one.Blah, blah, blah. This restaurant is fantastic, my wife and I are so very pleased we have found it and will be back many times in the future. You'll excuse my sardonic opening paragraph which represents my "one off" attempt to indicate that, but for the self-centered plethora of wining "lady bountifuls" encountered while we were there, I know of no way to improve this wonderful locale. We used to live in this area before we moved to Glencoe, where many of our neighbors posted far left oriented signs on their front lawns and encourage exponential influx of migrant populations (that is, until some commenced camping out in front of their homes) so we decided to leave our utopian mecca to see how the other half subsists. The place was pretty hectic but none of the staff missed a beat. The gentleman greeting customers as they entered the place was engaging, kind and jocular, the waitress was smoking hot (I even told my wife) and the busboy (oops, sorry, the bus "non-birthing" object) was expedient, focused and very attentive. I seem to recall numerous establishments in this space that, for whatever reason, failed, so it is especially gratifying to have a thriving, quality laden vendor of food services there. Based on my very limited observation, serving several simultaneously present and vocal self-important and demanding souls that patronize the place cannot be an easy endeavor. That the entire Brunch Factory staff last Saturday morning pulled off the task with the aplomb of a dedicated group is a testament to just how awesome is this place. Kudos to the Brunch Factory and its staff! (Now, if I could just find a provider to extricate my skin tags with such efficiency....).

This was one of the weirdest dining experiences I've ever had. Brunch Factory kept alternately impressing and distressing, all the way through. We showed up with a party of six. The place was busy. I'm thinking there'll be a wait for a large party. Turns out Brunch Factory has a whole room of large tables, and they can seat us right away! But, they hadn't actually cleared our table, so we got to stand and watch them bus and clean. But they brought four people to do it, and the manager checked to make sure all the details were covered, so ok!While waiting, I looked around. The place is bright, clean, white walls, black accents, view of a pond, looks nice! Then we sit down. OMG, this chair is uncomfortable. My wife says "this chair is terrible". Our friend says "isn't it?". Our daughter says "can we get different chairs?", So it wasn't just my fat butt that was the problem. But there are no other chairs. So we look at the menu. All the usual, omelettes, skillets, benedicts. Hey, they have chicken and pancakes, as tacos, fun! Wait... with sour cream and Mexican cheese? Ok, guess we can try that. Ooh, biscuits! Haven't had good biscuits since we left Texas. Wait, how much? For two biscuits?? Guess we can each have a small taste of the south. Now it would be nice if somebody took our order. Ok, here she comes. Now we just have to wait for the food. And wait. Finally, the food came. The biscuits were good. The chicken pancake tacos came folded up in a taco rack. Have you ever tried to pick up a folded pancake filled with chicken, sour cream, cheese, and syrup? Have you ever tried to use a fork on a taco in a rack? It was a puzzle, but the fork worked well enough. All of the food was pretty good, except the potatoes, which were dry and kinda blah. Then we get the check. It was high, as we expected from the biscuits, and then there was a 20% service fee. I wasn't really expecting that for a party of six. But we were planning to tip that much anyway, so no biggie. So, the Brunch Factory came with a lot of big pluses. And just as many significant minuses. It all adds up to not quite being worth the drive to Riverwoods. Even for the chicken pancake tacos.

This was our first visit to the Brunch Factory, and it was a good experience. There's a large parking lot, ample seating, extensive menu, friendly service. I saw that starting May 7 they will be serving from 4:30-9 pm, too. We started with Loukoumades, Greek fried donuts with cinnamon honey and walnuts. We loved these - they came 8 to an order, hot and fluffy and light. They have carafes of ice water at the table, along with napkins and placesettings. Our server was friendly. I ordered one of the signature items -- Factory Croque Madam croissant. It wasn't how I expected a croque madam -- everything was layered on top of the croissant instead of inside with bechamel sauce covering. It did come with a very generous serving of hash browns. My companion enjoyed the French onion soup. Another friend ordered the chicken tenders -- and it came with four large chicken breasts -- and fries. The chicken tenders were 4x the amount that we were expecting. The waffle fries were crisp. This was supposed to come with a side of Cole slaw but it was left off -- and this made for a very large plate of fried food -- all the same color.Overall, our meal was fine. I didn't love my breakfast but there are other items on the menu I'd like to try.

This place was beyond cute, great atmosphere with the most welcoming and kind staff. The food was amazing! I got the French toast with sausage and my husband got the turkey club with fries and both were soooo good I ate half of his. Also, the mimosas were great too! Also if you are looking to host a baby shower, meeting event, or any event they have a room for events that's bright, airy and super cute. 100% recommend! Loved it.

Thought we were going to BRUNCH CAFE, which is right down the block with much better food. Was very disappointed we ended up at brunch factory. Mediocre food, mean hostess, and I just financier go back there again. Chairs are odd, and the room is loud because the tables are close together.

This place is awesome! We came here for the first time on a weekday and the service was phenomenal. The interior is clean and the people who work there are super nice. The pot pie is a very unique dish that we loved! We would definitely recommend it to anyone who goes here. The sweet potato skillet had a ton of sweet potatoes, I added an extra egg on it. We would highly recommend! We will be coming back!

Th brunch factory was conveniently located very close to the hotel we were staying out for a wedding, so it was easy to make a stop both mornings. The first visit was just my husband and I and we were shocked with how empty the restaurant was at 8:30 on a Sunday morning, but it was quick to fill up with people as we ate breakfast. I ordered the Nutella latte both morning and it was delicious! My husband tried the Bloody Mary, fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, and the espresso. We both enjoyed our breakfasts (pot pie and burrito) but we both agreed they were filled with too much egg. My breakfast pot pie was just so creative, I've never had anything like it. The next day, we were joined by other friends and we split the biscuits and gravy, cinnamon rolls and green potatoes which were all excellent. Overall the staff was very friendly and patient. The music was great and upbeat. Clean facility with plenty of parking. What's a perfect brunch spot!

Great brunch spot! The portions are HUGE and so many unique options. The Nutella French toast was the best thing we had. But everything was fantastic!
