This mom and pop joint takes your palate to the next level. I got the goat and my girlfriend got the whole snapper. I was hesitant at first thinking the goat had been sitting out but the gentleman that was assisting us gave me a sample and let me tell you, it was exquisite. They are very warm and welcoming. I even asked for extra goat for my order, even though it was a very healthy portion. My girlfriend loved the food and their rice can be a stand alone dish. This will forever be a staple for me. Definitely going to be a continuous customer.

Cash Only!- This Haitian Takeout restaurant has the best tasting Haitian cuisine I have tasted. Their prices are very reasonable with such big portions. The owner is such a sweet heart and always has a smile on his face. The ambiance when you walk in makes you feel like you in Haiti. Definitely recommend if you are in the area!

Food is good. CASH ONLY! Place is clean. Loud but ok. So the food is in hot pans. You pick your combination. While it was nice to have some down home Haitian cooking prepped by someone else (lol) the food gets a "good" rating. The griot was good. Rice and beans ok. Chicken DELICIOUS! Morue good. Blé brought me back to my childhood. Good! Bannann was ok. Weird stale oil smell. All in all. Good food. I would recommend to anyone one passing by and doesn't want to put in the effort to make all that food from scratch. The one HUGE drawback is service. Koooobaba. Rude. Rude. Rude. I came in with my elderly parents. The staff was just so impatient and rude. It was sad to see. That's not how we Haitians treat older folks in general. I would never treat someone who is older or hard of hearing like that. Sad. Bad. Rude!!!!So. If you can get past that. Go for it. I will likely return and have my parents stay in the car. The place is small. Noisy. But overall worth the food. Remember. CASH ONLY. And don't ask too many questions .

So I first had good from here at a repast and had to have the name of the restaurant. Luckily for me it was located right by me! While looking through UberEats yesterday, I saw that they were offering free delivery. Win! Boy was I not disappointed. It reminded me of the first time I had it and my stomach was so happy. The griot (fried pork) was so delicious and flavorful. The rice was delicious and so were the fried plantains. The whole plate was delicious and as with most Haitian restaurants, they give you a lot of food. The only thing is I wish I would've ordered 2 pikliz instead of one! I know for next time though. Overall, the food was great and I will most definitely be back!!

I like this restaurant because it's take out versus most Haitian restaurants you have to wait at least 30 minutes to receive your food. The food is very tasty and they have a variety to satisfy meat lovers, pescatarian and vegetarians. Highly recommended for take out

I love this place. If you want good creole food, you must give it a try. It's Take-Out only!!! I love their stewed conch which is normally only available on the weekends.

Order: turkey in sauce with rice and beans and Bannan. The turkey seemed like it was in the freezer and reheated. I didn't get much meat either 5/10.The rice and beans was pretty good! Can't complain 8/10The bannan was hard and burnt, it definitely wasn't fresh, 2/10.It was one lady working, serving the food and doing payment, a no no.Overall, I wouldn't go back here. It's overpriced. Someone recommended this place as authentic, maybe I went on a bad day? Not sure, but a restaurant should be consistent in cooking and serving 5 star authentic food. I would not recommend anyone to go here.

My absolute favorite Haitian spot, cheap prices, great portions. Service is quick, they only take cash, no room to eat.

Terrible! Ordered 2 griot. Not only was it a very small portion, apparently it had been sitting for some time and was hard and dry. Some pieces were greasy and grayish. I gave 2 stars because the plantains were good as was the rice. I will stick to Chez Nouz. This restaurant should be ashamed.

I have been going to Chez. Guyto for over 15 to 20 years. and I must say it is the best Haitian food ever they don't cover the taste with hot pepper the food is finger licking good the staff is always pleasant and courteous the soup joumou is to die for propels comes from miLes and miLes away for it one time I waited about 49 minutes to get the soup and all that was left was just the juice I swear I bought it because even just the juice was exquisite and the prices are reasonable thank you Mr Guyto and staff
