Wow. To be honest, I don't know where to start. First time visit and unfortunately I won't be coming back. It was such a disappointment. This place received two stars; the scenery and the hostess was so sweet (wish I grabbed her name, but I believe it began with a C). Service was *SUPER* slow and it wasn't busy at all. Honestly, probably the slowest service I have ever received. My sisters and I were so lost in our conversation, that after a good 15 minutes I realized our waiter never came back to see what we wanted to eat. I personally came starving and left starving. Ordered the margarita pizza and WOW it was terrible. The pizza was thinner than a piece of notebook paper, all of the sauce fell off, and half of the pizza we had to tear apart ourselves because it wasn't cut in advanced. All we tasted was the bottom of the pizza because it was so burnt. The Buffalo Cauliflower was mediocre, and the "Chicken" Mushroom Sandwich was pretty decent according to my sister. I was so hungry that I ate part of my sisters bread from her sandwich. I know this is out of their control, but beware of the lantern flies in this area. They are EVERYWHERE. On the ground, on your tables, and on you.

Idk why the average here is so low -- this is our go-to for pizza and salad (and we're picky). It's quick, delicious and offers friendly service. Solid apps too, and strong beer game. The outdoor space is fantastic and great for kids -- a huge plus. We miss the bbq chicken pizza that they offer in the winter but the fire pit salad is fantastic.

Was so excited to see a new restaurant in chestnut hill, but SO DISAPPOINTED! I ordered a pizza and spaghetti and meatballs. The pizza was so soggy that I couldn't get it out of the box without losing the entire middle which stuck to the box. The spaghetti had fat noodles and tasteless very small meatballs. It was an expensive and very disappointing meal. They need to do Much Better and I will only go back after hearing great reviews. So far I've heard it's terrible, but I always liked the brewery pizza so I thought it would be good. I agree with the other reviewers. Bad.

Try this place out if you are looking for Excellent food, tremendous staff, and a cozy atmosphere. The pizzas are delicious, the Brussels sprouts are the best I have ever tasted. I have had the smashed chicken sandwich and it was delicious. I am a big fan of their buffalo cauliflower. Lots of options for your vegan/vegetarian friends. The owners are always around and make sure every customer is having an enjoyable experience. And the bathrooms are the most unique in Chestnut Hill. Plus it has an attached parking lot, a rare find in CH.

I loved this place. It was our first visit here. Love how they decorated the space. The service was great, very friendly staff, you can tell they work well together, lots of team work. A very nice environment. The food was great- we had the fire pit salad which was so fresh, great flavors and large enough to share. We then tried a pizza which was very good. The crust was done right and again plenty to share with 2-3 people. We did try the roasted root medley later which was also very good and the dipping sauce was different and refreshing. The beers were clean and smooth - the porter was great- I also tried a sour beer which was very good as well. We found the prices to be very reasonable. Definitely a great place to go with a casual atmosphere.Looking forward to going back and also hanging in their outside space

Great food - the fireside salad is my favorite. Really nice way to expand the very good brewery. This has become a regular stop in my CH rotation. It can get a little pricey, but not out of line for the other nearby restaurants. The ingredient quality is definitely good.
