Chester's Philly Grill

Stopped by this place for an easy dinner in the evening and mannn was it worth it! I got the Regular Cheesesteak works & thank god it was just a regular because that thing was HUGE! If I had ordered the Large I would have never been able to finish it. Everything was great, service was great & I didn't have to wait a long time at all. I give 4 stars only because the bread was soggy which made some of it fall apart but it was still a great sandwich. Maybe it would have held better with toasted bread but Id still return!

First off, the cheesesteak I had tasted amazing. They were very quick and the prices were fair for the size of the sandwich. My only complaint was that they didn't have anyone up front to take orders or requests and had a tiny little sign telling people to order on the kiosk if no one is up front. Seems like they need to hire more people. Definitely wouldn't mind coming back though.

Great cheese steak joint that was recommended in an article I can't remember where. I did put it on my Must Try list and as luck would have it I was in the vicinity one day. Very small restaurant with just 4 tables. Simple 12 item menu posted behind the counter. All 12 are variations of cheese steaks including chicken, wraps and veggie. I got the #4 which came with onions, peppers and a delicious white American cheese. The quality of the steak was excellent and the roll was soft, warm and slightly toasted. Just delicious all around. Can't wait to take my teens.

I have been coming here for a few years, I recently received a Philly sandwich that had hair it! I politely asked for an other sandwich or a rsfund, they continued to ask me rude questions in front of customers instead of making it right! I just can not believe this I will not be going back ever! not because of the hair but because of how they handled the situation!

If you're looking for a place to get a regular steak and ??? cheese sub, forget it. They have add all kinds of stuff to their menu sandwiches. But if you're willing to tell them what you want with the steak and cheese, go for it! Hopefully you get someone who can understand and speak English. Portion sizes are great! **Make sure to tell them to cut it in half if you want that. Otherwise you will get a 12" sandwich to try and handle.

Amazing cheesesteak! You have to try it. Sooooo soooo good. Definitely my favorite cheesesteak place to go to. Will come back. It's a small hole it the wall. And the service was fantastic.

Sorry but this was not a true Philly. It tasted like it was an Asian infused flavored Philly cheesesteak. I just had a cheesesteak from Max's in North Philly in this was not even close to what true cheesesteaks taste like. Plus, they're not clean and the health rating is bad!!! No thank you!!!!

Used to be the best cheesesteak in town. We went today and it's gone down hill. When we got home the sandwich was overly soggy - pretty sure the sandwich my husband got was not the one he ordered. The sandwich was so soggy that the bread was just nonexistent. The cheese on my sandwich was stuck to the wax paper and now integrated into the steak so I couldn't eat it without confidently, knowing that I was eating cheese and not paper we will not be back. Both sandwiches went straight in the trash.
