Cherry Hills Sushi Co

Live in the area and my new go to sushi place. Love that they only have a sushi bar. Makes it feel more intimate. Great sushi - has some melt in your mouth toro. Have to try the chili crisp sashimi too!9

Recently had an opportunity to try Cherry Hills Sushi. This was like stepping in to a shop in Japan for a simple but delicious meal. The service was fast, meals were simple and easy to understand, the food was delicious! I would definitely come back here for a meal again.

This place is fire! Cool vibes. It's counter service only and you get to watch the chef which is awesome. Good music playing too. I went for lunch on a Friday and the place was full 30 minutes after opening. As far as food goes, you cannot go wrong. The spicy items are legit spicy and delicious. Spicy scallop Temaki was my favorite.

I can't say enough nice things about this place. The owner cares, and it shows.The handrolls here are awesome, and the folks are awesome.Do yourself a favor and try the lobster handroll!

Was excited to try. Verified they were open online. Drove 20 min to find out they closed early. Bummed was excited to try.

My husband and I were running errands in Englewood so we decided to stop by for a quick hand roll lunch. We got here just a little before 11:30, and good thing because shortly after the restaurant filled up. You sit around the sushi bar and the menu is limited, but expect mostly hand rolls, with a few sashimi options. I ordered the 4 hand roll set and shared salmon sashimi and seared wagyu with my husband. For my hand rolls, I got salmon, blue crab, spicy scallop, and negihama. The portions of fish in the hand rolls were generous and I like that they weren't chopped to a mushy texture. The fish quality was about a 7/10 - decent but I wouldn't say among the freshest quality I've had even in CO. Not a bad spot for a casual quick lunch though, and the prices were very reasonable.

This is a great little spot! I came here for lunch and ate at the counter. The fish is all very high quality and fresh. They make rolls that you eat by hand which is different. I enjoyed the yellowtail, blue crab and spicy tuna rolls. I also had some sashimi and it was delicious. Great miso soup. Service was friendly and food came out in a reasonable timeframe. Prices are reasonable given the high quality. I would definitely come back!

9/19/24 Have been to this restaurant several times. Typically the owner has been there and it has always been a very enjoyable experience. Tonight, food was very good as usual. Ambiance nice casual - good tunes. Unfortunately- tonight the service was very disappointing. As if they were doing me a favor to serve me. No pleasantries- indifferent, borderline rude. The young man was ok - the young lady was just rude and inattentive. When a more senior staffer who came in after our meal, asked us if we wanted anything else, we said no - just to split the bill. He presented the tab - and seemed annoyed that we wanted to wanted it split - asking do you want it itemized ? Nope just split. We chose not to tip - which is not something I ever do. However, the hostility towards us was not warranted. A tip is something you give to express thanks for service- poor service- no tip. When I asked the senior staffer his name- he refused and told us not to come back. Wow - what a crew. Poor representation for a great restaurant.

Love this little gem. So affordable and delicious! Love the blue crab from here. Honestly all of it is so good and fresh tasting. (:

One of best places around easily. Their fish is beyond fresh and they take care of you. Great people as well!
