Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

Ashley F was our server and she was super friendly, courteous, and a great server. She promptly greeted us with hit and fresh honey buttered croissants. So yummy. She took our drink orders and was attentive in refilling our drinks. Ordered the fish and chips, others ordered the chicken pot pie, triple sampler, a d soup. All tasted great! Enjoyed everything and Ashley's sweet service!

Okay I've been to cheddars so many times but this drink -- the pain killer -- have always caught my eyes (especially how it says maximum of 2 per guest). To start off, cheddars has really good spinach and artichoke dip. We also had their steak is to die for. When I said I wanted medium rare, you know I got a medium rare. Steak was so juicy and can't get over the fact that it was cooked right. The server was also really nice especially that we came in 10 mins before closing just to try their painkiller. PS: it was strong

Dined here recently. Other than the hostesses' dry attitudes, the customer service was amazing.Our waiter was very engaging, friendly and just pleasant. The food was good. The broccoli on my plate was so mushy. How does anyone butcher broccoli?!!! My sister ordered a T-bone steak but was kindly told by the kitchen manager that T-Bones were not available as a shipment was delayed due to the winter freeze. I believe she got a ribeye and enjoyed it.Overall, my family and I enjoyed our time together for a reasonable price

We really enjoyed our meal here! If you're looking for a family friendly, relaxed, mid-range priced classic diner meal, but you don't want to go to Chili's or Applebee's, Cheddars Scratch Kitchen is a great option! The food here is really good, prices are fair and the staff here is fantastic! We came here on a whim because I've driven by it numerous times, but, never actually ate here yet. Upon walking in we were immediately greeted and and seated very quickly. The restaurant dining area was very busy, which I always take as a great sign that the food & service will not disappoint. CSK offers a wonderful selection of favorite American and Southern plate classics. The waiter arrived quickly and had a very pleasant attitude. He took our drink orders and quickly also brought out a complimentary plate of butter honey croissants. The croissants were buttery delicious and very indulgent. The menu offers a wide variety of foods and classic dishes that you find at this type of chain restaurant. We each had something different to try to get a sample of everything:*The Caesar salads were good but a little heavy on the dressing.*The chicken fried steak was well seasoned and not greasy (the steak was about the size of a man's large hand.*The ribs that were cooked well and dry. *The cheeseburger had a nice Smoky taste to it and also topped with fresh vegetables.*A steak with chicken tenders plate, which were both cooked correctly and not greasy. The dining area was kept clean, with tables ready for new guests. The restrooms are acceptable/not the greatest. And the overall staff does a wonderful job of doing their part to make sure that this restaurant runs well and efficiently I give cheddar scratch chicken 2 big thumbs up for the wonderful service, pricing and good classic meal selections. I would definitely recommend Cheddar's and will be coming back again!

Amazing restaurant! There is never a wait most of the time and the servers and host are very friendly! We had a server named Glenn and his service was fantastic! Very friendly and always checked up with us to make sure we didn't need anything. The food is very fresh tasting and VERY reasonably priced!

I ordered a Monte Cristo sandwich which comes with a side-you can pick, sandwich arrived nice and hot. It was very tasty, the cheese was melty and the meats were hot. The nice dipped crust was a perfect golden brown. This came with 4 halves - it was a lot of sandwich. I only ate half. For me, I could have shared this, it was $14.00 +-I was there Sunday afternoon and they were pretty busy. Big after church crowd. I didn't have to wait long though.

Ok, so one had the grilled chicken with rice. Rice was the better if the two, I did tast the chicken, was a bit roughy and did not seem greasy but a frozen one. The burger was not good.. not much of any flavor, and was dry. Now the lightly breaded tilapia was the better of the 3. Had great flavor, and you could taste the fish. But the overall best thing we had was the butter croissants .. that was the best of all.

Have not been to a cheddars for about 2+ years. Decided to go for late lunch with some friends.This location appeared nice and clean and staff were friendly and service was great.Ordered something I haven't tried which was the grilled shrimp Alfredo with penne pasta. Really good and recommend it My go to for cheddars is the grilled white fish, New Orleans pasta, Philly cheesesteak, chicken pot pie, SalmonI recommend all of these

Went to Cheddars with a friend. The food was serviced quickly and was good quality. The atmosphere was pleasant and we didn't have to wait long. The waitress who helped us was courteous and attentive.

Had a horrible experience here, I waited over 30 mins after she said it was a 10 minute wait. Then after going back in I was told I was already seated, which she told before hand that she would call me to be seated. Then she rushed herself and sat me in the Bar and then waited an extra 20 minutes. It's not worth the wait or the service. Won't be back and will spread the word to warn others.
