Terrible service. They have an automated system to take your order in the drive-thru. The system got confused when I asked for bbq sauce on my wings and I had to go inside to order. They guy working the register came over and stood there staring at me, but never asked if he could help me. I proceeded to order, they got a few things wrong, but the effort needed to explain it to them so they could fix it, was more than I could muster. Definitely not coming back here. I am not sure if these two guys working just do not understand how to communicate properly, but this is some of the worst service I have ever had. I had bragged to my wife about how good Checkers was...hopefully the fries are still good.Edit: after waiting 30 minutes for my food, the fries were cold. My son's cheeseburger was burnt (picture included). Very disappointed in the lack of quality, as I have been eating at Rally's/Checkers for almost 30 years. I'm shocked they are even in business.

Super slow! Left the line cause it took so long, was trying to show my husband, some good fast food from California but they took too long and made me look stupid. took forever thru automated system do not recommend.

Drive thru experience was HORRIBLE. Ordered from an automated system that had no screen to verify the order was correct. Got to the pick up window and everything was wrong.

The first couple of visits to Checkers were pretty good, but this last time was not so great... My boyfriend and I split the big Buford and I took 2 bites before I saw that there was this mixture of paper and hair mixed with the cheese on the burger. I noticed the paper at first, but I didn't think anything of it because I thought it just came from the wrapper of the burger. It wasn't until I saw the hair that I lost it. The hair was short and curly, so it couldn't have been my hair because my hair is pretty long, and it couldn't have been my bf's because, well, he's bald. D= No more Checkers for us.

Had a large dine in order for 8. 3 of the single burgers were cold, as if they were stored under a warmer. 2 of the double meats were fresh because they were very hot to the bite. The chicken sandwich was raw and had to be returned. The fries were cooked in old oil, had a nasty burnt after taste. Manager was informed, her response was that every burger was cooked fresh.

I'll be honest, I really wasn't feeling coming here. However, my husband grew up on this... trash and just had to have it while we were in town. 1. I read the Yelp reviews otw and was not excited. 2. Despite the posted hours, the front doors were locked, but the drive thru was open. I'd have asked the cashier taking our order what the deal was, but our was taken by, in the words of my son, a bot. Weird. 3. The young man who took my payment at the window was either mute or uninterested in working. I will say, though, the doors were locked because he was by himself. I can appreciate that. 4. It took sixteen minutes to get our food, maybe due to being single handedly ran by this young man. 5. The wings were alright, my husband has low expectations in food and said "that $h*t was good", the cheese sticks were not fresh and the cheese was not completely melted. However, the food held us over as we drove back to SA, wasn't too expensive and made my husband happy. At least I didn't go into it expecting too much. Overall, this is a management issue and does not fall on the young man manning the restaurant on his own. Originally would have provided one star, but due to his work ethic to just show up and not be like peace out... I'll provide two stars.

Don't come here in a bad mood, instead you'll need to checker your attitude at the door.I'm embarrassed to say that I used to be a massive fan of Checkers, and when I first moved to the United States as a teenager, we would travel around Florida (and also Georgia), and I would really get excited about their chicken sandwiches and even their burgers. For $2 you used to be able to get a good burger and a good chicken sandwich, their fries weren't bad, their shakes were good.Time has passed and the chain got less good and my tastes got a lot more advanced, so whereas there was a time when I would have given them a four, this particular location after all this time definitely tasted more like a one, and the only reason I give two is cuz service wasn't bad at all, and the memories... old haunting memories of teenage years.

No manager on site, ran to Walmart cause they were low on supplies, and at least a 30-40 min drive thru wait cause 3 children are running the store, store was extremely HOT no AC running waited about 10 min for them to actually take my order.The floor was sticky like it hasn't been cleaned for a-couple days, employees keep arguing back and forth. Equipment was filthy. The food was done right, nice and crispy

Service here is terrible. Waited 45 minutes for food that never came. I had to get my money back and go somewhere else. I wouldn't give it a 1 star, but you have to to post.
