- The staff didn't know how to use the Toast points system they use to collect payments. - They can't serve the alcohol they had on display because they didn't renew their liquor license. - Dine in took over 40 minutes with no sign of progress before we cancelled after confirming our order still wasn't started. The pizza lacked seasoning , low sauce and very thin crust. No we did not order thin crust so I can't imagine what that would have looked like. Limited drink choices. The inside was clean and very welcoming. No ambiance per say we were the only dine customers, all others were carry out. It is a counter service restaurant.

All I have to say is WOW! Our office got the privilege of trying 5 different pizzas today for lunch from Charlie D's, and all of us sat there raving about how good these pizzas were. My absolute favorite was the Brooklyn, as it had pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, jalapenos, and pineapple. Yes, that's right..PINEAPPLE and I'm not ashamed.Typically I would get full off of maybe 2 slices, but today I ate 4 slices because of how good it was.I know the pizzas here have quality ingredients because I didn't feel sick, bloated or thirsty as I typically do with other pizza establishments. My coworker said the exact same thing, and she also ate 4 slices.This will definitely be our new lunch spot to add to the very slim list of places we order for the office. Charlie, the owner, is also a really nice and cool guy! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is usually my go to pizza spot but not only was "I charged more" than what the online special said but the last time I fem I swapped items on my pizza and charged for it and still didn't get it. (I asked for regular bacon and not Canadian bacon and did t get any bacon but paid for it) This visit I gave a $20 bill and was told I couldn't get my change . I'm not sure why this is ok?! The server was a very nice young lady, but still. I asked for a medium pizza "special" that stated $15.86 online and was charged $19.31 after everything was rung up. The special said medium pizza with 3 toppings for the $15.86 price but my pizza wasn't rung up that way. Please let me know if I'm wrong in this. Not getting my change isn't for sure ok no matter the amount. My pizza was fresh and hot.

Their large order of pizza rolls 8 for 9.99 is my go-to order. They're delicious every time ! They have delivery and pick up. The people who work here are always friendly as well.The Soho Pizza we had was amazing ! Thin crust and excellent.
