My food was hot and fresh when I ordered! The people were friendly and the strawberry lemonade was delicious! Their Philly cheesesteaks are my favorite and the lady taking the order was very nice! Charley's will always be a favorite of mine!

Mall food court post!Includes a second place that i couldn't find on Yelp. 2nd Restaurant: GW: Gyros & WingsMy daughter and I couldn't decide if we wanted a Philly or a Gyro so we got one of each and split. +Philly: was good for mall food. Solid 3.5+Gyro: was good but prefer many others over this one. Would rate 3. They also sell philly's but didn't know and had already ordered from Charleys, so maybe we'll try next time Fries came from Charleys, i didn't like them. I prefer to be cooked longer

Came here for the first time, noticed a huge lack of sanitation. One of the cooks started cleaning with a dirty rag then continued to use the same gloves to add the toppings of our food with the dirty gloves. Food was decent.

I went here to eat their chicken cheesesteak which I had once and I enjoyed, but the workers were extremely rude! I had previously lost my voice, and was recovering from it, and the worker was yelling at me to speak louder, when I was already on the brink of screaming at him. The worker next to him wasn't deaf though, he had no problem hearing. I asked for a small chicken cheesesteak, regular blueberry lemonade, and cheese fries with bacon and ranch, and a cookie. He gave me a large cheesesteak with large cheese fries, no bacon or ranch, a large drink, and only went I told him 3 times to add a cookie, he understood. I don't know if he didn't get paid enough so he was trying to get more money, but this worker was extremely rude and apparently didn't get a good nights sleep. I will not be coming here again.

Classic food court staple son, I always get the Buffalo chicken with extra sauce and it always be crazy asl. It's what I look forward to abt goin to the mall the most. The specialty lemonades are highkey the hardest drinks you can get at any "fast food" joint and those bacon cheese fries got too much love in em. I been eatin here for years and you either get it or you don't, that's on my mama.

Very bland flavor. Didn't enjoy it at all. Too expensive as well. I wouldn't recommend it to any of friends or family. They also charge you extra than what you are suppose to pay. Be careful
