Customer service 0, product... not like other stores looks like the owner is not the same definitely I will never buy again at this location, the are the worst. Cooking and dealing with customers request, guy in the grill is the worst ever, very rude.

Close to real Phillys. Love the fact that they do use Whiz, big plus. They weren't life changing, so I can't go higher than 3 stars. Will go back sometime, Jersey Mike's Big Kahuna still the hands down winner.

I made Charley scream so much that I made Charley hoarse. Who saw that coming. No literally.It's a pretty disappointing Philly cheesesteak place if I'm being honest. Nothing like Philly but even if we take Philly out of the equation and look at it as a meal unto itself it's really not very good. Service was friendly though, hence the decent rating. One of the very few food options at the outlet mall, so it's not like there's much better on offer within the mall.

Placed an online delivery order on May 24, 2019 to be delivered by doordash. After receiving my order, I opened up the boxes and my whole order was incorrect, the only thing right was my Coke. My cheesesteak was just meat and cheese, and the fries were just bacon and cheese, no ranch. Before eating I called the store 2-3 times to tell someone my order was incorrect, but no-one answered and I just got the voicemail. I went ahead and ate the meal because I was starving, it took an hour to get the wrong order, no one was answering the phone, and I had spent $23 by the time doordash fees were included. I will say the food was good, but it was such a terrible first impression I will not be returning. I understand orders can get mixed up, but the lack of customer service and communication is unacceptable.
