Amazing service! When you walk in you are greeted! Every time I come to this location it's super clean! The layout is very cool! From designs and tables/chairs. Food is definitely over five stars!!! There has not been one time I have come and the food wasn't great! It's always made fresh and the flavors are amazing! The wait time for food is not long either! You can also catch tv playing or listen to the cool music that plays while waiting. From the Philly cheesesteaks and wings are so good! The business is in a shared parking lot but parking is plentiful! Will definitely be returning and next time getting some delicious lemonade! This last visit I didn't order any but will be back soon!

Good fast food joint especially if you love cheese. Cheese steaks are a must and the loaded fries are a bonus. Small eating area so if you have a large group I would suggest ordering to go. Service to check out was quick. Food took a bit but considering our meals were hot and cheese melted I completely understood.

Charleys is relatively new to the area. I stopped by here during opening week and again recently. The first think you will notice when you enter is the friendly staff. They greet you and are very willing to help if you have any questions.I ordered a regular cheese steak and some fries. From a quality perspective the food game out good and hot. I was a happy camper. From a restaurant perspective, the place was very clean and well maintained. From a pricing perspective, expect to pay around $15 for a regular sandwich combo. Good food, worth checking out.

Service was good. Was take out so not much on ambiance. But the food was extremely disappointing. Downloaded the app for the $5 off $15 and got the old school cheesesteak and 4 piece wings with fries (mango hab). I'm whatever about cheese wiz on my cheesesteaks, but Charleys is not it. Meat didn't taste seasoned and overall just pretty much taste like cardboard. The size is decent for a regular; they're generous w meat. Didn't finish the second half. The wings were dry. Mango hab sauce was good; not much kick as other mango habs I've had. The fries were good. Crispy but wish it was salted more. Also they gave me all drums; I thought I'd at least get half flats. If you're looking for a cheese wiz style cheesesteak; you should just go to papa genos. There's other better cheesesteak options on this side of town. Try Rocky's subs or Mr hoagies

It was alright. I got it via Uber eats so that could be the issue too. Solid 3. The meat and cheese combo just want there. It was okay. Wasn't horrible. Wasn't the best. Kind of middle of the road sand which. The wings however are really good. I would give these 5 stars alone! I really enjoyed the wings. Top notch. Who would have thought the wings and ranch would have been the winner !

This place is devastatingly average. Skeptical to begin with on the Philly because it's got a slew of veggies on it. I didn't mind it but it was rather entire sandwich was bland & flavorless. Fries are average, nothing overly exciting on these, semi crispy but turn into that soft squishy kind in a matter of minutes sitting in that cardboard box. Boneless wings taste like they are a bulk buy from a Costco frozen aisle coupon, again, nothing to get excited about, buffalo sauce on it was meh, but these were better than the rest of the meal. Made to order which is nice, but wow the cost of this meal was around $22. A $9 Sandwich turning into a meal (medium size drink, side of fries) is +$5. boneless wings for 6 measly pieces is nearly $7. Ooff.

Chicken cheese steak. Dry meat, bland flavor. Wrong kinds of onions and peppers. Who puts bell pepper on a cheese steak? Pickles on a cheese steak? Mayo? Lettuce? Save yourself the disappointment and get a Big Kahuna from Jersey Mikes. The fries have mildly plastic taste to them and are, at best, gross.

I came in around 8pm on 1/30/2024 and it was my first time visiting and Ana Marie was patient with me and explained the menu and I finally closed in on the classic Philly and goshhhh it was amazing!!love the service..very friendly. Will go back for seconds!
