I've eaten at other Charley's before, so I wanted to try this one since it had recently opened up. The biggest thing is the workers are so nice. I felt genuinely welcomed, and the cashier was helpful and patient. They don't have a massive amount of vegetarian options, save for one sandwich. I will chalk that up to corporate not being caught up to it being 2022, and that more and more people are becoming vegetarian and vegan. The sandwich I had (a veggie delight) was good, much better than I've had at the willowbrook mall. I might not visit too often, since there's not a lot of options for me, but I enjoyed nevertheless.

Service are so lazy came in on time for a new order and suddenly they don't want to work wingstop closes at 12 and they take orders 1 hour before close don't come here. this is the 3rd time i come by and suddenly they close an hour early. Clowns.

This was my first time here, and the experience was pretty good other than them not taking my order correctly. There was mayonnaise, lettuce and tomatoes put on my sandwich, and I did tell the lady I only wanted cheese, peppers, jalapeños, and meat only.The sandwich would've been better if I didn't have to scrape the other stuff off. I still could taste some of the mayonnaise. It was pretty good!!

I had a person that worked for me told me how good your sandwiches was. I am a retired chef I got the paperwork to prove it. I have never been more disappointed with a simple Philly cheesesteak than what I got yesterday. The meat was tough, I had a particular aroma about it that didn't smell like fresh. The cheese was some type of white substance not visible to the naked eye I had to look real close to say yes this is some type of I guess cheese. The onions in the bell pepper was undercooked crunchy. The bread was stale, and hard. I would not recommend this place to anyone that like good food. Sincerity Chef Charles. I'm not looking for a refund or another sandwich I'm just trying to save someone from wasting their money.

We visited on a rainy Saturday for a late lunch.The staff were very welcoming and cordial. The location was several metal tables with metal chairs pushed together. The place was clean, but a little dark.We had a Regular Philly Cheese Steak combo, and a 10 Piece Classic Wings with Mango Habanero combo.The Philly Cheese steak was OK at best, and the fries were obviously not fresh as they were limp and soggy.The 10 piece wings were actually 9 pieces, and were not crispy and slightly under cooked. The sauce was not very flavorful, and had a bottled taste and appearance. It was not spicy, nor did it taste like Mango.Drinks were standard, and we bussed our own table.Overall, not a standout in any respects. Within a one mile radius, there are nearly 30 different restaurants. Gonna be tough to compete in that area.Nice Folks, but food could benefit from a bit of improvement.
