Always some good cheesesteaks, probably our favorite kind of sandwich, and luckily the best kind can be found at Charleys! & one of the few restaurants we always come to a consensus on fast and easily and are always satisfied, plus always amazing service here, it's scary for my wallet they opened one so close to home tho!

Very sad to say I was expecting more since all they do is wings and cheesesteak BUT no flavor! Very little cheese bell pepper and onion. My first time trying and will now go back to Jersey Mikes!

My first time going, I had an issue with my order because I told the cashier how I wanted my philly plain. I kid you not, I repeated it about 3x. He charged me & I wanted to make sure it'd be plain & he said "it comes with everything" I was confused because if anything, my philly would be easier to make since I didn't want anything besides cheese. Luckily the manager understood how I wanted it. FFWD to today's visit. I placed an online curbside order. I set the specific time & checked in when I parked. 10 minutes passes & no one comes out. It wasn't until I called the number that they were like "oh it's ready" so I was confused? Had I not called, I'd prob still be waiting. Needless to say, my food was cold.. so yeah. Definitely skipping this location next time.

Only if giving 2 stars because one employee has the decency to help with the issue we encountered. Thought my dad and I would stop here and try it since it was new to the neighborhood. Looks nice and inviting from the outside. The girl that took our order named Aliyanah Thomas according to the receipt was not friendly at all. No hello when we walked in, she didn't even smile at all. She looked miserable and aggravated. When we went to order she was very rude and short with her responses. She could obviously tell that I had more than one order and she kept asking very rudely "Is that all" and then got upset when I needed to get my card out of my wallet and gave a sigh when I was getting it out. Then my father went to ask her about drinks with our meals and she didn't even pay attention to him nor did the other employees, she was too busy looking at TikTok on her phone and the other employees were at least working from what I could see. Needless to say no matter how good the food is we will not be coming back to this location as the employee that we encountered seemed to want to be anywhere else but there. I told one lady who gave us our food about the situation and she apologized profusely and offered us free fries and drinks as we were not told that the food didn't come with either. We were not asked if we wanted a meal and we didn't know as we have never been here before. At least one of their employees has the desire to give us great customer service. Not that we needed free stuff for great customer service just the fact that she recognized the problem we encountered was enough. We also noticed while leaving that other employees where on their cell phones as well back in the kitchen area. This looks bad especially working around food as cell phones carry many different germs and look unprofessional when someone is more interested and involved with their phone than the customers. The ambiance looks nice but it was brought down due to all the issues that we encountered on this visit. We will not be going back to this location due to the lack of customer service. I would never let my employees treat anyone like we got treated today. Highly disappointed with this visit.

It's a hit or miss. When they first opened..... fantastic.....then went to crap soon after. Noticed a "manager" or team lead there the next time I went after 5 or 6 weeks. Food was delicious. Fries perfect. Cheesesteaks were tasting great and sandwiches were presented like it's always been. Today 1/29/24. WOW If I did not pick up and take home I would have sent back. 9 inch sun not cut. Bread was crap. Bread was not fresh or they left out in the air too long. Completely fell apart when I picked up my sandwich. AND not because it was not cut . Steak was extra fatty tonight. Did I mention the fries were limp and soggy? When they started the fries had a crunch. Now the last couple times just mushy. There ok in a pinch but at this point I'll go out of my way to get some food if actually enjoy. $15 is the average price now anyway at a fast food place. Thought I found a gem but it's a dud!

worse service i've had at a charley's dont go here bc they will not admit when they are wrong! they also will tell you what you want on your sandwich when you know dam well what you don't eat on your sandwich service is terrible and dont listen to customers! Then went back to get the sandwich made right and got into an argument with the staff over them making my sandwich right but was told only way they make the sandwich over again was if I write good review but the review I agreed to was not gonna happen after one of the staffers hung up on me while I was trying to get them to remake my sandwich while I was on the way and wouldn't have to wait.....that part got them a BAD REVIEW DONT USE THEIR RUDE ACES GO TO THE MALL OR ON MORTON

Ordered the regular Philly cheesesteak sandwich combo which comes with fries and a drink and ordered fried cheese sticks on the side. The sandwich was pretty good, so were the cheese sticks and the fries were amazing. I cannot really complain about the food or the amount of food (a lot). The price though.... for the smallest size sandwich combo and 4 cheese sticks cost $20.00. Personally, that is a bit steep for a pretty good sandwich and pretty good cheese sticks. Not sure if I will come back due to the prices being too high.

Guy working the window was the rudest person I've ever encountered. Did not give me half my order and when I asked him why he didn't give me half my order he got rude with me vs apologizing and fixing. Will never come back here, they need more customer service training!
