Maybe a ghost kitchen in the Mr. Airy or Germantown area but pops up on Uber Eats. Chaat I believe is an Indian word for snack and that is what they do best here.Nabbed a few items that were bogo to get a good taste of the menu. The corn and quinoa dish was a delightful crunchy snack. I love how they included the tamarind and green sauce. The dish comes with a pocket of crunch quinoa as well as chopped red onion and pepper. All sections via delivery are separated so they don't come soggy. The chickpea dish was just okay. Not a ton of flavor but if you are vegetarian and possibly vegan this place might over a good selection. I had two of the other appetizers snack. The Bombay behl had that unique Indian seasoning on the crunchy flakes similar to the layout of the corn and quinoa where there was a pocket for the peppers and red onion with tamarind and green sauce included. The Rajastani Dahi Wada was the only dish that came sauced in a circular container. It was okay but the crunchy dishes ranked top two for me and could be a future order.

When Tiffin opened the Chaat Factory concept, inside the kitchens of the South Philly and West Mount Airy locations, they immediately began serving some of the most interesting vegan food in the city. Everything on the menu is plant-based and there are plenty of protein options. If you like crunchy, crispy, tangy, creamy or savory food, you will find something that you like (possibly all in the same dish) and the prices are very reasonable. The dishes are at once unusual for Philadelphia and easy to like. I am already addicted to the ghugni chaat (which may look plain but don't miss it).
