Cecile Bakery + Cafe

I only went to pick up some baked goods. I got some plain croissants, chocolate croissants, a palmier and a baguette. All were really fresh and really delicious. It felt like I got it from a bakery in France. Everyone was very kind upon entering, then when ordering, and as we departed.I'll be back for breakfast/brunch/lunch one day soon and will update on food. It looked so great on the people's plates.

Been coming here for 2 years now; the food has always been amazing and easily deserves 5 stars. The service has however significantly deteriorated over time. It used to be spot on, but now the staff seems disjointed, there is no sense of teamwork or care (except the male hostess - he is awesome). You can sit there for 10 minutes with staff walking by you every 2 minutes but never acknowledging you. It's like they hope that someone else will take care of you. Definitely something wrong with the management and the culture at that place. Too bad.

Absolutely love this place! It's a cute cafe in south Miami and serves great dishes. Today I had the huevos Ibericos which were absolutely delicious. Also tried a bite of the short rib grilled cheese (WOW) and I've previously had the chilaquiles which are GREAT. Staff is always friendly and attentive. I recommend if you're in the area and even if you're not it's worth a drive

Place was already get packed when we got there around 10am & they were very accommodating in setting up a table for us outside. Service was great & fast considering the volume. Coffee was delish! Almond croissant was good. Would've liked it a little bit more warmed up. Prices are a bit high for what it was though. It was a nice one time experience.

I have driven by here a few times and it always looks busy so I decided to give it a try. I don't get the glowing reviews for this place. I was not impressed with the food and probably wouldn't return. I had a crepe and in their efforts to try to make it more healthy they make a buckwheat version of a crepe and they failed miserably. A regular crepe would have been much better. It was so dry and crepe was hard and overall not a lot of flavor. It was difficult to finish and probably the worst crepe I have had. Someone else ordered the shakshuka and it was just okay. All food ordered was not hot, lukewarm at best. The coffee was good but that is not enough of a reason to return. Everything else on the menu was pretty basic and could be ordered at any other restaurant serving breakfast. I like First Watch for breakfast way more than this place & it's half the price.

I went to the South Florida Porsche which this year was held on Sunrise Drive right in front of Cecile Bakery + Café. So, as I could see most of the Porsche show from there, I sat down at a table in their outdoor sidewalk patio. Though it was crowded, I got rather quick and polite service. For my meal, I had their Huevos Iberico which consisted of Fried eggs, chorizo, "Brava" sauce, serrano ham, matchstick fries, Manchego cheese, and sourdough toast. The chorizo was of some of the best in flavors I've ever had. Unfortunately, it was of a very skimpy amount.My partner had their Eggs Benedict Croissant which were poached eggs served with smoked ham, Hollandaise sauce, and a homemade flaky croissant sided with house salad. Overall, I was rather pleased with the food and attentive service.

Really enjoyed the green smoothie after my morning workout. Highly recommend if you want to grab a healthy smoothie without too much sugar.

Great spot for breakfast/brunch! Service is excellent and food is always superb. Sad that they took the Asian short rib off the menu, but everything else was amazing. Inside is cute if it's hot outside, but if it's pleasant sitting outside is just fine. Coffee and a pastry is a MUST!

I was rather disappointed by the coffee at Cecile bakery. I ordered a chia tea latte with an additional espresso shot. It tasted like an American cold brew topped with cinnamon at the top. There was no chai flavor whatsoever. The mocha latte was similar. The topped the drink with dry mocha powder which added no flavor to the drink. Macaroons were good but not good enough to up the rating unfortunately
