CAVA

Just had my daughter pick up my bowl at the Ellis Preserve location and received this. Kind of embarrassing to serve someone this with nothing in it ... right? Seems like the right choice is to avoid this location. Just threw the order away.

This came out okay and not as refreshing as the past stuff I have had. For 4.99 and leftovers, not too shabby. I probably got on the Cava TooGoodToGo train on day one as there were all these Cavas that popped at once with 4 orders available each. I could only order 1 order and I understand why . Maybe a bowl and something else would have been super nice. Not too bad but definitely should not charge more than they do. Clean store and friendly staff. I could tell I was their first order because they thought I was DoorDash and another employee had to take my order instead to realize these are prepaid. I also knew that I could click 11 min and 35 seconds ahead of time because app let me click collect earlier. Some places don't let you take earlier and purposely block off.

I love Cava but I feel like this location didn't fill up my bowl as much as other locations. It was half the size of the bowl.

This location does not have product consistantly in stock, until close. I do not understand why they say they are open until 10:00. The food (especially when the manager is not sitting there at the table) is sub par after 8:00 pm. They constantly run out of falafel, garlic sauce, and all the fresh drinks. I was suggested sweet potato in my wrap and they were like ROCKS. They must have been sitting out for over an hour. I had to pick them out. This whole experience was topped off by being overcharged $15 and having to wait several days for the refund to show up in my account. This place is a mess and going downhill. Unfortunately, I do not think I will be back.

Zaniah was amazing from start of our visit until the end! The food was also amazing and the store looks so clean with great energy!

Cava is seriously my favorite fast casual restaurant around. Everything is always so fresh and nutritious and downright delish, and this location was no exception. The employees were all so nice, just like the employees at the Ardmore and Glen Mills locations. My honey harissa chicken was on point and the fried pita chips were amazing as always. Will definitely be stopping at this location every week or two to grab dinner this summer.

First time here and the service was amazing! The manager was the one who helped us and she really took the time to explain all the food choices to us. It can be a little overwhelming because there are so many choices, but the food taste great!

Stopped in on Wednesday for early supper/late lunch. This was our first time there, and Ashley was so helpful in describing the menu.....she was very patient and even gave us a taste of some protein items we had questions about. She made what could have been a difficult selection process easy and pleasant. Her personality is top notch!. Everyone there is friendly and greeted us on arrival, and thanked us for stopping in......We will definitely be back!!!!!

Went to CAVA in Newtown Square because the restaurant next door was a mess. The vibe was great at CAVA. Everyone working hard to get the food out. The food was delicious. One employee was cleaning and restocking drink station and tables at this busy time. But the thing that really impressed me was the manger walked around and checked with every customer to see how their food was. You never see that anymore especially with fast food. (I hated calling this fast food because it was fresh and delicious). The manager checked on customers on the patio too. What a great experience. I just had to take the time to give them a shout out!

Tried Cava for the first time at Ardmore PA. I was looking forward to trying it. Got a chicken bowl. At the end I asked for the green dressing on the side coz I wanted to try it but instead accidentally he put it on top a lot of it. He offered to make me another one And he kept that bowl for himself. Now he is making me another bowl half heartedly with half scoops of everything. Now I have to pay full price for a half filled bowl. I lost my appetite just looking at it. Paid full price for a half filled bowl for no fault of mine. My first and last trip to Cava.
