I finally understand the Cava hype now. I mean I always knew it was like Chipotle but for Mediterranean food, which I enjoy. But actually going here and ordering a bowl? Mind-blown. Literally so many options to choose from.Step 1: Pick a greens. The 'SplendidGreens' has the most variety: chicory, endive, romaine, escarole, endive & radicchio. Effortless to get a great balanceStep 2: Pick a grain. I love love love the saffron basmati rice, so amazingly fragrant!Step 3: Choose 3 spreads. This is where they give you 3 mini scoops of the flavor bombs. There's tzatziki, hummus, feta, harissa, red pepper hummus, and eggplant. Whichever you choose, HIGHLY recommend the harissa, it's packed with flavor and spice.Step 4: Pick a main, aka your protein. For the vegetarians, they have falafel and roasted veggies. For the meat lovers, they got lamb yo!Step 5: Add ALL the toppings. Seriously, all of them. They'll let you! I'm not gonna list them all but the corn, fiery broccoli, and pickled onions are BOMB.Step 6: Dressing. This is where you go ham on the Mediterranean-specific stuff, the yogurt dill, the tahini, the skhug (peppers and cilantro), harissa. Oh, the preserved lemon is niceee.The portion size is pretty good, you'll definitely be full at ~$11. Their homemade drinks are fantastic as well, not ridiculously sweet (just add sugar to taste, for all yall Texas sweet tea drinkers).Oh yeah, sign up for their rewards program, I think you have to spend $88 within 6 months to get the $8 rewards, but considering how many Cavas there are in Houston and the price point, you can bet I'm switching from Chipotle to Cava, it's my new fava-orite fast-casual spot!

Love Cava. Eat it pretty regularly and ingredients are always fresh and crisp. Staff are friendly. Always ready when picked up. Line runs pretty quick if ordering inside. I always get the chicken as my protein but unfortunately there have been a few times my chicken is pretty gristly which is a definite turn off.

My sister had recommended this place. My Dad and I ordered falafel wraps. They're pretty good but choose your extra condiments wisely because they can be spicy. The drinks I tried are excellent and not too sweet, specifically the pineapple apple mint and the cucumber mint lime. I found it funny that the music being played was regional Mexican. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom but when I mentioned it to an employee, she rushed to get some. This place seems to be doing well. I live the drink and healthy options.

Truly never does me wrong. And the saucesssssssssss - please get the green harissa and the Schug (if you like )

Love a good Cava bowl! Generous portions of grilled chicken. Fast service and workers were nice as always even with my requests to double the serving of several toppings.

Great food. Service was pretty quick. I got 2 full portions of protein which made the meal really filling. Everything tastes great and there's lots of topping options. Only downside is you can't pick multiple grains and greens. Your limited to only 2. Portion size was great for the price. The layout of the restaurant was a little confusing just because there's only one trash area hidden if you sit in the back so I almost didn't clean my own table. But I found it before heading out so I went back to clean my table.

The place is so clean and just refreshing. The employees here were so attentive to my order and they were so patient considering it was my first time. The food was delicious and the variety that Cava had was very colorful. Absolutely recommend!

I love this place! You can customize your own food or pick from their crafted menu, either way it's bound to be delicious! The service is always friendly and the restaurant is always clean! Maybe next time though you might enjoy their patio area!!
