CAVA

So good! I built a custom bowl. I used brown rice & romaine lettuce, harissa & regular humus, and grilled chicken topped with cucumbers and tomatoes, pickles, feta cheese, corn, and broccoli. Absolutely delicious! The people working there were very helpful for me. It was my second time at a cava, but it's been years since my last visit to one. My bowl was very good. Highly recommend checking them out!

I can't rate this place enough - the food tastes sooooo fresh and yum!!!!! I'm not a salad person.. but I placed an order for half lamb meatballs and half chicken over arugula (by mistake.. I intended to order it over rice!) with some hummus, feta amongst other things.. and omg it was sooooo delicious, I was left licking the bowl!!!!!' Love love love cava!!!!

My boyfriend and I visited Cava last Tuesday, and couldn't have asked for a better experience! When we arrived, the manager, Deresa, and her colleague Noemi, greeted us very warmly and walked us through the concept and the menu. We each ordered our own custom bowls, and everything was absolutely delicious. The ingredients were so fresh and everything was beautifully prepared. The seating area was clean. Cava is a great option for a quick and healthy meal! We tried Cava for the first time on a recent Sunday afternoon for lunch. We ordered at the counter, but my friends have had good experiences with their online ordering as well. They offer a variety of pre-designed bowls or pitas, or you can opt to create your own combination. Because I was overwhelmed by the options, I wound up selecting their suggested Lentil Avocado bowl, which was jam-packed with falafel, greens, roasted vegetables, pickled onions, avocado, and lentils with two delicious sauces (skhug and garlic sauce). My bowl was incredibly flavorful, well balanced, and extremely filling, and my accompanying pita was the perfect, soft, pillowy texture. A delicious meal that I would absolutely order again.My fiance ordered the Harissa Chicken bowl and also spoke very highly of it, and a friend raved about her CYO bowl with saffron rice, greens, chicken, and roasted sweet potatoes served with a dill sauce.

Stopped in today for Glen Mills Community day ! They placed an event on eventbrite to get the people out and I was one of them. They were definitely buzzin, but not in a busy and packed way. It was nice and the line was moving without it feeling like a nuisance. This was the first open and they didn't have the menu up but you could choose between a bowl or a pita. I settled on the bowl with arugula and a blend of veggies called super greens (it had kale, Brussel sprouts, cabbage so yum) with brown rice and grilled chicken. They have so many other choices though you could really go wild ! The toppings were plentiful as well: I got corn, tomatoes, cabbage slaw, lentils, feta and they top it with up to 3 dips (which you can get a free side of pita with) and your choice of dressing. I settled on the lemon tahini and was not disappointed. For community day the meal was free also they allow you a small drink. There were teas, lemonades and specialty drinks a la Panera but these were MUCH better. If you're in the area or have a CAVA nearby that you haven't tried, TRY IT. This locations workers were pleasant and helpful and I'll be back even after this experience.

Good- food is generally fresh and lots of choices to mix and match to make your Mediterranean-inspired meal. Drinks are great- blueberry lavender or cucumber mint are both delicious and refreshing. Needs improvement- the floors and table were sticky. Ecch. Makes me wonder about how clean the back kitchen is. Service was ok but not more than average.Overall - 3 star

I've tried this location out several times now and it's the worst one I've been to. I really like Cava in general. The food is usually fresh, tasty, and at a good price point. As for this location, each time I go the service is lack luster and the workers seem like they don't want to be asked questions about the menu and rush you through making the order. On the food, as other reviewers have mentioned, the portions they give are imbalanced. One of their gimmicks is that you get "unlimited toppings" . But today I ordered 3 bowls for my husband, son and I, and in all of the bowls they gave maybe one teaspoon or less of the toppings. In mine I was supposed to have broccoli and cabbage slaw, for e.g, and there was a single tiny piece of broccoli, and 2 pieces of cabbage. I ordered the dips (you get 3 options) , and they gave me not one of them. The sauce drizzle was nonexistent. It was just a really dry bowl of rice and meat. They also give a laughable amount of rice. When I order 3 meals on the app, they also typically neglect to include at least 2 items. Today, I got no sauce or dips, no utensils, no hummus in my son's bowl (his fav part) and no drink which I was to get as a reward. Also some items in the bowl were obviously stale such as the rice, though others were fresh. But it should all be fresh. Just disappointing. Will just stick to basic Chipotle in the same shopping center, which is nothing exciting but they're at least more consistent and serve the food in a way that makes sense.
