Chipotle style but make it Mediterranean! For all the negativity reviews that you're reading about the food, it's probably because they didn't order correctly when building their own bowl. They do have bowls that have selected ingredients you can choose from or you can make your own. If you don't know what to get, select a bowl that's already "pre made". can't speak to the service since we ordered through Uber Eats but my husband and I both got the harissa chicken and then chose the veggies and dressing that we wanted. BOMB. 10/10.

I've driven by Cava so many times and it always intrigued me. I finally stopped by a few weekends ago and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a grains & rice bowl and a pita wrap just in case. The food is so fresh & delicious. I really like the Persian pickles/cucumbers. The spicy lamb meatballs were so delicious and I love how soft and fluffy the pita is. The two times I've stopped by the crew making my food was really nice & helpful. They even let me try the spicy chicken and man does it have a nice kick!! I love their hummus & tzatziki. Their strawberry citrus drink is also really good & refreshing. Overall, they really impressed me and I will for sure be coming back!

Love this concept! It's basically Chipotle, but make it Mediterranean style. You walk up and they ask if you want a bowl or pita style and asked if you want their super greens or rice. You can create your own bowl or you can choose from from their list of curated bowls. Even if you choose from their curated menu, you can add or take away what you don't like. It was hard choosing one because they all sounded so delicious, but chose the Lentil Avocado bowl and my sister chose her the Harissa Avocado bowl. Wow, wow, wow...my mouth was dancing...the flavors were so unique and delicious! I can taste the fresh Persian sliced cucumbers, the tasty eggplant, falafel, hummus and roasted vegetables. Their were so many flavors but they all came together and to top it off they added the garlic dressing and the Skhug sauce (cilantro avocado sauce), which probably made the dish for me. I tried a bit of my sister's Harissa Avocado and that hony harissa chicken in there was superb! I think I can eat just that with a bowl or their rice and I would be totally satisfied and happy. Only thing I would say if I were to make any critiques is that I wish the falafel was a bit bigger and crunchier and that their cabbages were diced up into smaller pieces. I had to pick out a couple of big pieces of cabbages because they were too hard to chew on. But those won't deter me from wanting to come back at all. I will be a returning customer!

A good option for an alternative to everything else and they have good options to try and keep a healthy meal, but it is still fast food...so there is no confusion. I do like they have options like brown rice and vegetables. It is good for those that have tree nut allergies. My only complaint is the hummus. It is delicious but if you order it they give you a small dressing cup to eat/dip out of and for the price of it I would have preferred a bowl. Still delicious, so 3 stars!

My husband and I loved this place! It was our first time eating here but the menu was easy to follow. I created my owl bowl with chicken, brown rice, spinach and lots of delicious toppings and dips. My husband picked his meal from the pita section and turned it to a bowl. The drinks were very refreshing as well. Everything was delicious and we will be coming back.

Mediterranean flavors meets fast casual dining at Cava, and it's a delicious, healthy, high value option for you to dine at before you get your shopping on at the nearby outlets. Ordered online and orders came out quickly and without issue. Dined in the restaurant, and it was overall a clean and sanitary experience. I thought the portions were just right, and the food blends spice, sour, and umami in its salads very well. Overall would recommend anytime you're in a rush and want healthy and delicious food all for great value.

There's not an option for no stars or belowI don't love giving negative feedback but after 3 failed attempts to this location, I'm find to say this is a definite no!The place is below sanitary- all tables are always dirty and the staff even if there's none walking they the door, they don't attempt to clean. The seats are filthy, floors, doors and windows are filty- in more than sure if the health department came they fail... and I am afraid to know what the kitchen looks like if this is their concern for the customer seating area. The lines are always backed up and the first time I visit, I was under the impression it was due to lack of staff as many restaurants these days face, but I'm now aware by a following visit. That they are improper staffed as they had 4 parole working the food line and 3 at the cash register arguing on who would assist a customer with a juice refund because the fresh juice the restaurant offers was not made for the day... the team couldn't convince another team member to make if for the day,...There was only 1 young lady working that was attentive to the customers as she attempted to make food, she assisted with the request to clean a table for eating and she asked the back to make the missing food items needed to compete customer orders.One of the food line workers was too busy on his iPhone to help make food for the make table and was using his phone openly in the kitchen... no gloves... pretty sure that's a break of code when handling food....I love cava because their menu is unique to anything in the area and their food is actually very tasty but this location needs corporate attention and fast!Sad for such a new location to fail because the head corporate office has people running their store that don't care to be working....

Tasty food and clean restaurant. I came in just before closing and the staff was very nice! They were patient as I carefully looked over the menu to decide what I wanted. Great customer service! I recommend this rest if you want tasty healthy food.

food is great but the workers here... every single time I visit WITHOUT FAIL they will charge me for a drink but never give me a cup... and sometimes they will forget to hand me my bowl and i literally have to reach over the register and grab it?! idk if it's a management problem or if it is just pure incompetence. also i cant order online any more because they either mess up my bowl or just don't even make it at all.

I love cava, it's my favorite place to eat and when it's ran properly it's such a great place to eat and be. However this location is not cava and is an atrocity and disgrace. Starting from before you even enter the location, there's trash everywhere. All over the outside seating area and all trash cans were overflowing, then you go to the open the door and it's broken. (Not a good first impression) but let's not judge a book by its horrible cover. As I entered the location I wasn't greeted by anyone and was actually ignored by the employees with their body language. As I approached the counter the guy said "what you want". And I proceeded to order my usual, a bowl with white rice and greens. Just from looking at the food I could already tell the food was not gonna be good, it looked like it was sitting out for hours and didn't have that fresh look that I usually experienced at other locations. As the first guy passed me on to the next employee to add the veggies and other stuff she showed zero level of care, it took 5 minutes of waiting for her to help us out. The transitions at the bar were not as swift and seamless as it should be, everything was slowed down and the line at this point was getting very backed up. Anyway at this point it's a lost cause but I still haven't ate, I go to sit down and every single table was dirty from previous customers. When I walked it there were probably 3 customers so they weren't in a rush when I came in so they definitely had time to clean the tables. So I find a seat that's half decent and wipe the table myself. I go to eat the food and it was so bad, like I could believe it. Even though the employees didn't give a sh*t and the place was trashy I still had some hope. It was horrible, and I'm so disappointed because I loved going to the cava in the heights and when I found out they open one in cypress I was excited because I live here. Anyway the place needs someone to just come in and clean the house, fire everybody and start fresh with new employees. Train and develop fresh minds that don't have all these bad habits that the manager at this location obviously allowed and didn't give any attention to.
