Casino Inn

Went to see my friends band play. The bar was nice. Good outdoor seating. They did run out of propane for the heaters but it wasn't too cold. The food was ok. We had the wings, jalapeño poppers, and a burger. The waitress asked how we wanted it cooked. Asked for medium but came out like a normal well done burger. Again, wasn't bad. But nothing special. The waitress was nice and friendly.

Was there Sunday. Great band. Only reason i stayed. Plus I had friends there. After 45 minutes waiting for a drink went to the bar to get a drink. Another 15 minutes for her to make it. Ran out of Bloody Mary mix? Wtf? It's in the back, too busy to get it, not only with the Bloody Mary mix but also vanilla vodka. Everyone at the tableGot their food at different times, all after waiting over an hour. Everyone got their food but no... i waited 20 More minutes. Found out there is a new manager. Wow. No where to be found. His day off? Wtf? This bar could have made a lot of money but was so disorganized it was crazy. I hope the owners see this post. Your bartender sucked, made one drink at a time, no bussers, no wait staff to come back ever! Never took drink orders! Crazy! Yea, you're losing money for sure! It was a shit show!!! A manager should be there on a busy day. Bartender was horrible. Ignored tabs for tables but made drinks for those who came to the bar. And yes I can say this because I have been a gm of a restaurant/bar. Heads up!

Trekked through the front door of the iconic Casino Inn in Alpine yesterday for a bite of lunch. The joint is sparkling, warm and welcoming. Plenty of room for comfortable dining and drinking. The local patrons are always giddy with happiness which creates a pleasurable vibe. The wait staff goes the extra mile aiming to please both regulars & city adventurers. Brews on tap are diverse, mixed crafted cocktails are strong and for professionals. There is a regular rotation of special activities (bingo, live bands, comedy, 8 ball tournaments, brunch, karaoke, taco/wing nights, etc) that launches this pub to a higher level. The food prepared here is not from your typical grandpa's bar but creative, abundant and delicious. Any bar/dining establishment proprietor would be wise to follow the Casino Inn business blueprint for guaranteed success.Great scene for a great time.Stoner Grub Ranking: 9.0

A great place to eat, the food is fantastic. Service is a little slow, but they were busy. The server was very nice and helpful. She also thanked us for being an easy order. The Casino Inn is a sports bar restaurant and the ambiance is just as described. Pool tables full awe bar with great bartenders. They also have a great variety of beers on Tap. Something is always going for the patrons.

We actually go for the prime rib Thursday night special. Hoping to head up for Karaoke one night:) nice folks.

We have tried and tried to like this place.The service is non-existent. 30 minutes to get a draft beer is not uncommon. Maybe it's a "locals only" thing.After 5 tries, we are done. Try the Alpine Tavern just up the road in Alpine. Not 5 minutes up the road. They act like they actually want your business.

Remington was the best server and super friendly and very accommodating! We will be back soon to see Remington & enjoy some good food and drinks!

10/10 get the tater skins and sweet chili wings!! Was skeptical at first but thoroughly surprised!

Beware This is what you get when you complain about being served a crappy meal at Casino Inn and then expected to pay for it.

I want to give a Shoutout to Casino Inn tonight! My wife and I had the best prime rib dinner tonight! The meal delicious and the vegetables were savory, but that prime rib was delicious . I'm going to come back next Thursday for sure. They said it's their every Thursday Special. I always enjoy supporting my local restaurants and Casino Inn didn't disappoint!
